Awesome as always! We did half coffee flight and half cocoa fight, with order of cheeses curds and a cinnamon crunch muffin. The coffee and cocoas are just the right size to sample different tastes, and the cheese curds were some of the best we have ever had! Highly recommend this place!

Disgusting place to eat at. Nothing but flys. No one serves you. Everyone working there is under 16. This place is a joke. And all the Harry Potter decore is from the owners kids bedroom. ?? pizza is never cooked. Everything tastes freezer burnt. Health inspectors have been called multiple times. Not good. Beware.

Walking in, I loved the Harry Potter theme. It seemed like a cute little place. When my friends and I got to the counter to order, the hostess at the counter didn’t acknowledge us for a couple of minutes. My friend and I ordered steak nachos and loaded fries to share. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food, the nachos came out cold, with barely melted cheese on the top, as if they were just cooked in the microwave. Then, the loaded fries came and they were also cold. The kitchen staff took the fries back and brought another plate out 2 minutes later-they had clearly been microwaved and still weren’t even hot. After a couple of bites, we decided to leave. Overall we weren’t super impressed and probably won’t get food here again.

I'm getting frusterated with this place because it is so inconsistent. I appreciate having another restaurant in town and do like their menu but it is so hit or miss on how the food will be. Pay for extra sauce?...you will get charged but often times don't receive it. Ask for no onions?...receipt will reflect the request but half the time food comes with them anyways. Lots of times they forget part of your order. We used to call and ask for them to make it right and they will but we don't even want to bother anymore. We normally order for delivery so it isn't a quick fix. We will still order from here but will probably do so less often if this doesn't start to get better.

Bosco sticks were good. This is the only reason I rated the food section a 2/5. We ordered the pulled pork quesedilla & the lobster ravioli. Both of which were so unpleasant that after a couple of bites we just left. These two items were definitely not worth what we paid. On top of this the person working the counter didn't even say anything to us when we met her at the register to order. She just looked directly at us and waited for us to initiate the ordering process.

Normally never have a problem with this place, but orders taco pizza and didn't get anything with it and the pizza wasn't cut, also got cheese bread which was good and ordered a pepperoni and only had 4 pieces and nothing under the cheese, we had it delivered and were disappointed this
Husband and I stopped on our way through the area. I immediately LOVED the Harry Potter theme! I had to FaceTime a friend to show her. Definitely check out the bathroom! We got loaded fries, chicken bacon bbq pizza, a latte, and lemonade. The fries came out quick and we’re delicious! Pleasantly surprised to find they were waffle fries. The pizza was amazing! We both loved it and the cheese pill was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!

My family orders pizzas a couple times a month from this establishment. We’ve never had any problems. Until tonight. My husband called to order our pizza with light sauce. The employee thought he said white sauce. Understandable. However when he brought it home it had Alfredo sauce on it. I do not under any circumstance eat Alfredo sauce. I called the restaurant back to tell them and the employee (young girl) said she read it back my husband agreed. Again understandable confusion. However, she told some ‘guy’ that she read back as Alfredo. She didn’t. She was on speaker and I was sitting there listening. Had she said Alfredo we would’ve stopped there and clarified better. He gets on the phone with an attitude right away and when I relayed the information again, he literally said, and I quote, “You’ll have to excuse me if I believe my employee over SOME CUSTOMER”!! I couldn’t believe whaling heard so I laughed and hung up. I never asked for a refund, I never asked for a replacement I was simply calling to inform them of what happened and let them know they need to say. ‘Alfredo sauce’ when someone orders light or white sauce. I am very upset and hungry as I can’t eat the pizza with Alfredo sauce without vomiting. Good thing we had cereal!I realize white sauce is Alfredo, had she asked Alfredo we would’ve said no. I’m sure she is a great young lady and I understand how this happened. I’m more upset about the guy who got on the phone with an attitude right away and called me “some customer”. This customer pays for you to have a job and that attitude is not justified. I have worked retail for 35 years, most in management. I wasn’t rude at all. I was just stating what happened and wanted to let them know. Yes, I would like some compensation now that you mention it. I sent this review to your messenger, we can discuss this further.

I was so excited to come back again, as we travel here for vacation. Last year it was amazing… this year my husband was done with his food before mine even came out 25 minutes later. They did not even seem like it was an issue. So sad to see such a good place go down so bad like that.
