Negative 5 stars for customer service! I ordered two cheeseburgers PLAIN, with no condiments (to be clear) this evening for my stepson. We waited in the drive thru a very long time for this order, with no one in the drive thru ahead of us ; but since we had ordered it special the really wrong wait didn't seem too unreasonable. However when we got home the cheeseburgers were not plain, so firstly why on earth did it take so long if they didn't even take the time to make the cheeseburgers as they were ordered? We returned to the restaurant with the incorrect order and told the staff, her name tag said Sierra, that we had ordered plain cheeseburgers and instead had gotten regular cheeseburgers and her reaction was so rude that I will never return to the Brodhead Wisconsin, she ripped the bag out of my fiancé's and told him he would have to wait if he really needed plain cheeseburgers. So we patiently waited and when the cheeseburgers were done, she continued to be rude and terrible at her job til the very end. Won't be back

Lady working the drive thru window right now is very rude. Slamming the credit card machine around when I showed her my phone with the code. Huffing and puffing while taking payment. Slammed the drive thru window multiple times.

I don’t think there’s been a single time in 4 years they’ve gotten our order right. They also fill the fries only halfway full, which is probably good for your stomach because they taste like they were made 5 hours ago.

I've been to McDonald's all over the world. This one is the worst. One family owns them all in this area, idk what the issue is. I haven't been there in a year bc it's that bad, a local ffj. It took them 20 minutes in the drive thru to take the order. Mcds has a McDonaldland special happy meal they're trying to sell to get more business. This location said they had none, just part of the package, and didn't know, didn't think they would ever get them in. Just ridiculous. Wanted a coke, nope, doesn't work, no soft drinks. Ok, how about a shake? Nope, doesn't work. Ok. I ordered a chicken crispy sandwich, and a double quarter pounder. The chicken sandwich was like deep fried shoe leather, 0 flavor, burnt, 0 juicyness. The burger was the same, but had the flavor of sawdust. Dried out garbage. Tasteless, and only $10 for trash. I should've known there was a problem when the food came out instantly, but they also wanted me to pull ahead?! You wouldn't want to hurt that 20 minute standard service time goal! Totally mismanaged. I might try this place in a year again, but probably not. The best thing to do with food from these locations is to throw it in the trash. Do your stomach a favor. The food sucks, order delivery there as I cant drive due to medical issues and by the time I got the food it was cold! And when trying to contact them I was told to contact doordash but they cant help me. They need to tear down this building or something. This location has MUTIPLE problems. DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could give this place half a star I would. They don’t even deserve that. Employees far from professional. And who ever the tall young black haired manager is has absolutely no buissness being a manager of anything. So disrespectful beyond belief I litterly watcher her yelling and screaming at a teenager for something out that teenagers control. All I got to say is this place needs to shut it’s doors ir have corporate come in and train and adjust attitudes. Waited 10 minutes for one double quarter pounder cheese bacon no ther cars in drive through only 2 people in lobby
