I've always had great service and food but the chicken Salad I got today was all lettuce and maybe a spoon full of salad spread out. I'll come back again and get it forsure and I hope it was just a fluke was all. Great food thoughtaste amazing

Was excited to order their pizza for first time but was highly disappointed in the fact that the ingredients weren't listed on the ordering app for all of them. So when I ordered the Hawaiian pizza I thought it would be just Canadian bacon, pineapple and pizza sauce and it was made with lots of other ingredients including bbq sauce and jalapeños(in which I couldn't eat it) I was really upset along with the garlic bread that was really salty even my son said the same thing. I called to tell them only to get im sorry from the management...I've been in the restaurant and management roll for many years throughout my life and that isn't how you should handle a customer who is dissatisfied with their order in my opinion. Next time I'll stick to their subs which are amazing!

This place used to be fantastic when they opened.. Nice big subs, packed with filling and a good price. Now, they're often closed during business hours, the price went up, and they hardly put anything on the subs. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes decent, most of the time bland and unfriendly. A few employees seem to have zero emotion at all.Then you read the comments and read the cocky response saying "our back up plan is to hire you, when would you like to start"That right there is the problem. Unlike the days when a restaurant was short staffed, the workers would put in extra hours and real manager would pick up the slack, now they just close early and have cocky comebacks that show their unprofessionalism.Really sucks, because this used to be an awesome place.Edit: Yeah, I'm hangry because you were closed 2 hours early.... again...But thanks for proving my point with the response. ?????

Very annoyed. Today I called and made a order over the phone. Spoke to a girl named Trinity, I ordered 1 mini cheese pizza, 1 all meat calzone and 1 Freebird.She tells me my total and says the order will be ready in 20 minutes.20 minutes later I go and pick up my order but ask if I can add to my order. I ordered a #1 and 3 large fountain Pepsis and 1 small Pepsi. When I get home I find that I was charged for 3 sandwhiches instead of 2 and got 2 mini pizzas instead of 1 and 1 calzone. When I called to explain what happend all she kept saying was "I repeated the order to you on the phone" "my co-worker here can also say that I did" when she simply never repeated the order. It could have been solved in a civil manner but she kept telling me what she did when she never did what she claims. When I asked for a number to call above her head she said no. I'm very annoyed because I work hard for my money and if I spend it at your store I expect to get what I ordered and if its wrong then a solution. Instead I spent over 50 dollars on things I didn't want.

Good food, service & price with a top notch facility. I mostly get their sandwiches, which rock, but I really like their pizza. Fresh ingredients and an excellent crust. I haven't been let down yet (I patronize Rock'n Rollz once or twice a month).

Awesome sandwich selection, calzones looked great but didn't get one this time. Too much bacon crumbles on the blt(worse problems to have ?) but the bacon crumbles add a great texture to the sandwiches!!!
I got stung by a bee and it hurts and I cried and I hope the bee dies the pizza was good and I salted it with my tears the employees were kind enough to provide an ice bag and a complimentary
