The Bar was formerly called M&J's. It is exactly what a small neighborhood bar should be. It's always fun. There is plenty of room to sit at the bar. There are plenty of TV's to watch The Badgers and other things. The food is great. The pizzas are always a good choice. There are also daily drink and food specials. The bartenders are always fun and the service is top notch. This is our favorite place in Brodhead.

New ownership has vastly improved the atmosphere of this bar. The pizza is handmade and freaking amazing. We stopped going here cuz of the attitude from a couple of the bartenders, much lighter and way more inviting. want great food and a good time this is the place.

The local diner was closed so went to The Bar just to check it out. It's nice, clean and nice sized. The special on Wednesdays is prime rib. It was delicious! Totally didn't think I'd be eating prime rib tonight much less at a bar.
I got the BLT wrap with some fried pickles, and they were AMAZING. Definitely recommend both! Will be returning for it again, I also love the fact they are now delivering food, so worth every penny!
