Farm 42 is a well-priced, good food, fun baseball-themed atmosphere that no one should pass up when visiting the Madison area. A very American menu with all the breakfast and lunch options a person needs. And right next door to a fun boutique for a little shopping. Highly recommend!

Ha! I used to get groceries here as a kid from Armstrong's Marketplace. Next to Finks drug store and soda fountain. They've fixed it up as a baseball themed restaurant. Good food, service. We'll definitely be back and bring our friends for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Really like going to Farm 42 - I go there for breakfast at least once or twice a month. The food is good and reasonably priced, and the owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very informal and enjoyable. That said, I would love to see a few minor changes - real coffee mugs would be great (instead of only paper/to-go cups), as would having a pitcher of water and cups on the table with the coffee pots (currently, there is only bottled water available for $1). Also, I'm hoping that they eventually decide to offer decaf coffee. One or two other reviews mention that Farm 42 has great hashbrowns and fried potatoes, but I've never seen those on the menu (only tater tots) -- if they add one or both of those to the menu, I would definitely order them. Notwithstanding my suggestions, I still have no hesitation giving Farm 42 five stars.
