very unprofessional staff! they are extremely inconsiderate as far as time management and customer priority. i would suggest taking the extra 6 minutes and going to 76th n goodhope to get your food. save your coin.

The service was on time, our family could tell the food was made with care, the sandwiches were fixed so pretty hot and fresh with enough portions of meats, toppings and vegetables. The soup was made at a perfect temperature. The fries could be more alive ( thicker/ juicier):) and warm but that’s not their fault; the company could really use a different method or different fries. Unfortunately this was a Dash order because if I could see the people working tonight I would personally thank them. We appreciate your service and care.

Bought a whole meal sub fries 20oz coke asked for a cup of ice for my 20oz and they wanted to charge me for it! I love cousins but never again I've never been charged for ice

I know I just wrote a couple reviews on 2 other cousins locations/experiences but they weren’t the best. I like to compliant anytime I can and I will say that this cousins was on point with the sandwiches I ordered for my mom and myself. Everything was good, fresh and prepared just how we requested. Thank you!!!! I only gave a 4-star total because customer service sucked. The food itself deserved 5.

Horrible service! Did a curbside pickup had to wait a additional 30 + min for order and order was still wrong twice. What's the point of ordering ahead when they don't be on time or correct. Learn how to train your staff better or hired better staff Cousin's Sub.

I ordered a FOOTLONG sub on WHEAT BREAD and received the total opposite smh. I then called back and spoke to a manager by the name of Annie and she was so rude and disrespectful! She needs to be discipline!!!
