Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this location. I gave two stars because Culver's is usually good with their food. This particular restaurant isn't clean, most of the tables are dirty, the staff seem distracted, the attention to detail isn't a priority. The condiments haven't been replaced. The staff are confused about orders. I won't be back to this location.

3 employees standing at the drive thru talking to eachother paying no attention.. my food was taken outside and brought back in to the drive thru because I was not given my drink.. no hello , no thankyou, nothing, very unprofessional.. start hiring adults .. I will no longer go there

just not a great culvers experience. Place was dirty food wasn't up to standards and ketchup was out. when I told the workers up front( like 6 or 7 people) they just stared at me.

I was on a morning walk and decided to stop at this culver’s. I sat outside to wait because they had just opened when the owner came out and aggressively questioned me for simply sitting. I had every intention of coming in and ordering once they opened but that encounter left a bad taste in my mouth and I was no longer interested in spending my money with them. Maybe don’t have open outdoor seating if you’re going to be suspicious about people taking a seat. This location is far from the best so no need to act like it’s some exclusive establishment. Very disappointing.
Ordered 2 single burgers and 1 order of fries. One burger with everything and one with ketchup and pickle. Charged $18. Received 2 doubles - one with ketchup and one pickle, other was completely plain. We counted the fries at 12 total. What an unusual bad experience for Culvers.

They made my husbands order wrong, twice… he asked for half and half vanilla and chocolate custard with marshmallow fluff and cookie dough… they don’t seem to comprehend a simple concrete order. The lady looked like she hated her job, don’t be a manager if you’re going to seem annoyed with customers when you or your team member messed up a simple order. 😒

the workers have no sense of urgency, waited several minutes to receive food in the drive though as we watched a worker pass our car many times with our food, this happened at 3:10 on a saturday and they were not busy at all.
