Domino's Pizza

I have ordered from this Domino's twice in the last few days and each time when my pizza was delivered it looked as if it was dropped. This is the closest Domino's by my house, however with the way that my pizza keeps being delivered I may have to take my business elsewhere. I just want my pizza to be prepared and delivered with RESPECT

If I can rate this a 0 I will First of all I don’t eat pork and whoever made my pizza added pork to my vegetable pizza (ham) how did I order a vegetable pizza and ham ends up as one of the toppings, Second of all the cheese was burnt and it was lacking flavor and sauce one thing I love about dominos is the sauce and when I tasted that pizza it was lacking sauce in all 3 of the pizzas I ordered I was highly disappointed and I’ve never had a bad experience with dominos but this one made me rethink where I will be ordering my pizza from now on.

I purchased 2 pizzas 🍕 and bread bites. Toppings were if any there and food 🥘 was cold.

Ordered and got the wrong pizza delivered. Tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered the phone. Reached out to the driver who said they would let management know. Never heard back. Got stuck paying for food we couldn’t eat. You’d be better off burning your money.

Ordered delivery, got delivered to the wrong house. The store wouldn’t pick up the phone and domino’s online customer service isn’t working. Now I’m out $20 cause someone couldn’t read an address.

First & foremost, their Mac’n Cheese is DELICIOUS!! I have only ordered it from this location (multiple times!) so I don’t know if other Domino’s locations make it the same.
Way better than stupid Noodles & Co.
Only other thing is, customers picking up orders should be 1st priority over other ppl at the counter. An employee should be asking ppl who enter if they are there for a p/u, and take care of them ASAP.

Yesterday at 7:26 pm, I placed an order, which was removed from the oven for a quality check at 7:38 pm. I contacted the store and spoke with Manager Charles at 9:04, 9:46, and 10:23 pm regarding the Domino Tracker not indicating out for delivery. Although he displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, he assured me the driver was en route. However, shortly after my order was marked as completed, and Charles continued to claim the driver was on the way, before ultimately canceling my order.

I give and online tip … yet the driver Carl at the Brown Deer location inside Walmart begging for a tip …..he gets 2 stars

They won’t let you order in person, they always make you order on the app. They messed my order up, didn’t realize it until I got home. Called the store to ask for a refund because I live too far to make the drive back. I was told next time I’m in the store to just stop by and speak to the store manager. Stopped in the store next time I was in the area, which was 3 weeks later. Store manager Elijah said he didn’t speak with me, doesn’t know who did, even though I showed him my order and the call on my call log. Refused to rectify the issue and told me I should have come back sooner. I would have had the person on the phone given me the correct information.

Place is solid for what it is and the people are usually chill.

Poor service, poor quality. Avoid this location whatever you do. 5/27/24 I came to pick up an order and paid with visa chip card. The screen said “accepted”. My order amount was 12.33. Young black man that came from pizza making to cash me out stated “it didn’t go through”. Everyone has banking apps available on their phone. I pulled up my account in front of him, what do ya know the 12.33 was removed from my account. He and the small light skinned female with the red tattoo above her left eyebrow proceeded to tell me to swipe my card again for an amount over 15.xx AFTER I ALREADY PAID AND SHOWED PROOF OF PAYMENT.Well I paid, I even showed you my banking app, and your system said “approved” before card was removed. As this is happening the delivery driver comes in, ask if I’d like “anything else”. “No I just want the single pizza I paid for”. He looks at his coworkers in disbelief. He actually reaches in the warmer and gives me said pizza. He then begins to close the gate in my face as I’m talking. Horrible treatment of customers. Not only did it take longer than it should of to get 1 item I’d already paid for, but then to have to be disrespected by the same individuals. How do you hold a pizza hostage?! I will reach out to customer support about my experience also. PAPA JOHNS IN BROWN DEER IS MUCH BETTER. DOMINOS ON MEQUON RD IS ALSO MUCH BETTER. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes in the next year.

Walked in with 7 bucks and the store manager gave us a pizza and told us about about our dominos points and got free food. Love this guy

Usually it's fine but tonight I ordered 4 pastas for me and my family and the delivery driver showed up with the wrong order, then he said he'd come back with the correct order and then never came back, I called the store multiple times and they never answered, I was basically stolen from and I'm never ordering from this place again.
