Was hoping this restaurant was good but I was sadly disappointed. We spent $25 plus on 2 plates got home and was pissed. So I went and got some papa johns. The food wasn’t the quality and taste I was hoping for.

Well, the service was wonderful. Owner was really nice and accommodating. The dinners include a free can soda. The price was reasonable. Ordered rib tips and barbecue baby back ribs. Seems like the meat was baked with sauce on it and rib tips didn’t have the tip. The sides were not terrific. Others places in Milwaukee are much better. The wait for the food was over 20 minutes-yes, i timed it based on other reviews

This was a DoorDash delivery. It was not a good look or tasting experience. 2 piece Rib dinner (was it even bbq ribs) tasted like they were oddly shaped not fr9m a rack obviously and maybe baked in oven and the taste was foreign. My daughter ate the Mac n cheese. The tiny piece of corn bread was not a bet either. The greens were awful and definitely not fresh nor seasoned. I will never buy anything from Dreams in the future. My dining experience from Dreams was a food nightmare. Sorry I wish them well but I wish my money was much better spent.

We absolutely loved our food after our second visit this past Sunday, we even invited church members to join us for our to-go orders...I was very disappointed with the very, very, very (did I say VERY) LONG WAIT...I really didn't like the fact that the young lady that was helping (just 2 people) was going back and forth to the restroom more times than I can count...(SMH)THEY MOST DEFINITELY WILL NEED HELP ON SUNDAYS (Peak hours 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.)just a humble suggestion...also prepare more food in advance for those most busy days and the most popular items....and really make sure that the seasoning stay consistent across the board With the Soul Food Menu...Thanks for the opportunity to have to be able to visit your establishment. Not sure if I will make it my weekly stop, especially after having to wait 45-min to an hour for our food. And was really disappointed that all the listed menu items were not available ?Continued Blessings For Your Next Years in Business with God's Abounding Favor and His Grace.

Walk in no customers but first impressions I thought the place was being renovated or worked on didn't look inviting . Did not have many food choices and what the staff member did show me didn't look to pleasing so we didn't order we left. But the staff member was very helpful polite and friendly.

TERRIBLE do not eat here… no gravy on the meatballs, looks nothing like the picture and refused to give me a refund once i complained and tried to give it back after eating only a piece of the meatball and luckily for them i cant post a picture of the jail food on here.

Service was okay. I called in a catfish dinner and it was a 30 min wait even with very little traffic/customers. The catfish was coated with an unusual flour of some sort that didn’t look cooked or fried. Maybe it was air fried and that’s why it appeared to be uncooked? There was an unusual smell and aftertaste to to it as well.The yams were very soupy.Staff was very friendly!
