If I order a cold brew with caramel and cream that means I do not want an iced coffee with caramel and vanilla cold foam….. My husband got it for me and read my order to them so I know it wasn’t his fault. I tried to get a refund but the virtual chat is down and I can’t find the email form. I tried calling the store and it says the number can’t accept calls.

Literally the worst service out of all locations! I was sitting in the window, staring at my coffee for 10 min while three people walked by as slow as they could, and then my drink was wrong so they had to remake it. It was an iced latte. It wasn’t a complicated drink. They really need to get a new staff at this location. Absolutely horrible.

They ignore orders placed on the app. No matter how long in advance you place the order is NEVER ready. You walk in, say you placed an order on the app and then they look at the order. This place is very conveniently located so I keep trying (probably six times) but I can’t get them to look at the app orders. It is a nice, clean location and the employees are very nice, so it is a shame that they don’t pay attention to app orders.

SHOWED UP AT 6am and I was informed they were closed lol after letting me sit in the drive through window. Awful service every time I go here they mess up my drink or food order

Overpriced. All hot drinks are $1 overpriced and cold drinks $1.50 overpriced. If you want to see the base price, checkout Dunkin cedarburg/mequon/menomonee falls on the app. All Milwaukee locations are probably in the same franchise. It’s not even a sales tax thing, this is in addition to the sales tax.

The food and drinks were decent. My only concern is that the two times I have been here, my order has been wrong each time. The staff is very kind, but there seems to be a lack of training and understanding in the order process.

Edit: I came here again to give it another chance after weeks of its grand opening. The drinks were decent, but they got my order wrong AGAIN. I ordered half a dozen donuts and told him 6 flavors I wanted. I looked at the receipt, and I'm charged for a dozen donuts (6 random flavors and the 6 flavors I mentioned). I decide not to fuss over it, and I take the dozen donuts. When I get the donuts, they are absolutely disgusting. Cold, dry, and stale. I wouldn't be surprised if these are two days old. $30 down the drain because of an order gone wrong, and they're disgusting. Do not open a business if you mainly sell donuts but can't even serve donuts better than basic grocery store or gas station donuts. What a shame. Never again would I recommend anyone to come here.

P.S. there was a fuzzy dusty hair on one of the donuts and a piece of paper stuck on another donut. That's gross. I've given this place too many chances.

Watched the people making my drink drop a lid for the mixer on the floor and proceeded to run it under water for about .05 seconds and go back to using it. Disgusting. Asked the manager about it and got attitude. Will not return

Do not go to this location unless you want incorrect orders. Also, don't even ask for a refund because after returning the items because they do not do refunds. There is no sign posted and it's not on the receipt. (Drive thru) I went there twice both times they messed up. 1st time I ordered a sprinkle donut for my son. They told me they didn't have it at first but then they said oh yes we have it. I received my order, pulled off to find 3 jelly filled donuts. When i requested a refund then the employee could not understand me due to a language barrier. Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich only to find there was no bacon. Came back a few hours later and was told I could not get a refund l. The manager was very nice. Offered my store credit. Do not visit!!!

I was glad to see a Dunkin Donuts opening up in Brown deer, but if you want it to be sucessful, you'll want to work on your customer service. Be more welcoming. I'll give it a while before I visit again.
