The photo attached looks and feels like my dining experience. Got in and sat down. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come and at least take our drink orders but we had to wait while they fought in the lobby. Our drink orders were taken by a nice young man that had to remember everything we said. No pad to write it down on. Drinks took another 10 minutes to recieve and just before he left my friend spoke up so we could order. Again, he had to remember everything we said. We ordered a Spicy Pablano omelet with hashbrowns, a Monster burger with fries and, strawberry pancakes with bacon and one egg. After 22 minutes, the food was served. The omelet wasn't spicy because they forgot the peppers. My friends burger was raw in the center, and my pancakes looked like silver dollars. I will never eat here again and hope they get shut down with all the health codes violated. Don't even ask about the bathrooms....

It was actually really great and most importantly it is affordable our WAITOR was definitely on top of things and was very nice always asking if were ok or need anything tipped him well about 30% because bill was smaller but service exceptional!

This location was pretty dirty. Floor was sticky and crumbs all over. Omelet looked like it was cooked on a dirty griddle.Hot Chocolate was wonderful and gotta Love those damn pancakes though.

Better pancakes quality this time (in both size and texture). Good delivery time after ordering online which is a great improvement vs. past months where the service and prep time was very bad.This time one pancake was missing in my krder (4 instead of 5) but found out when back at home (too late).

Terrible... Horrible! Worst experience ever will never go there again please don't waste your time service was terrible coffee was even worse cold and old waitress didn't come around messed up my order had me waiting an hour for my food mind you this place is empty they need to get their act together

The food was nothing like the ihop on Miller Park. Portions were laughable and disappointing. The only thing I did like was the social distant we sat on the other side from the two others that was there. Will not go there again
For as empty as the location was, the service was extremely slow and the food/drinks weren't good. Customer service was good.

Was there today 8/25/2020, when I arrived there was only 3 booths that were occupied. Sevice was very slow, took almost half hour to get food, prices are very expensive. For a cup of tea with no refills of water for tea was $2.38 wow is all i can say for that. We were told sorry for the wait cause other wait staff called in sick. When we left there was now five booths that were occupied. When I come to Milwaukee for my daughter's dr appts, I always stop at the I Hop on Brown Deer rd so she can have her chocolate smiley pancakes ?. We didn't even get syrup for the pancakes. Wanted to charge us for toast that comes with the breakfast that I ordered never even got the toast. How very sad I Hop your restaurant used be good but gone down hill.Fix your prices stop gouging customers because of the pandemic of the corna virus. Fix your problems of wait staff and the cooks taking forever on cooking the food.

Our food was ok, a little cold. No silverware or condiments were provided until we asked. When pulling in, we were unsure if the place was even opened since there were no cars in the parking lot, we waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Floors were very sticky. Our waiter tried but was a new hire possibly and was very confused about our order. We had to explain our order multiple times. I would not recommend this place!
