staff is usually nice whenever I go. food is hit or miss though, but its fast food so im not expecting top quality everytime

If I can give night shift no stars I would, because they seem like they don't want to work. ITS 9:00 pm and they just standing around doing nothing. I went to the drive thru and a automated lady came on guess what nothing, waited for 5 mins and no one spoke back. BAD SERVICES!

Horrible experience. The woman taking my order messed up 3 of five items. I asked for only ketchup and received no ketchup but everything else I do not like on my cheeseburger. And she charged me for 3 fries when I only asked for 1 large. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst customer service. Long wait. Food were already cold when serve. Ordered a coffee with creamers and Splenda on the side. Was given my coffee after I made the order right away. Without my cream and Splenda or a stir stick! When I was finally served with the rest of my order was only given two Splenda and two creams with no stir stick still and my coffee was already cold!

How do you hire?? Stopped in there at 5:30 PM. Ordering was quick but it took 4 1/2 minutes for the guy in front of me to get a change. I couldn't imagine what was going on until I got up there. I spent 5 1/2 minutes waiting for the girl to change a $10 bill. She had no idea what she was doing and the manager that was called over had no idea how to fix it. I just told him to give me my money back. They did and I left. No apology, no explanation. This place has consistently been terrible. Won't be going here anymore.
