Ordered a large meat pizza and 10" bacon cheese sticks. Order came faster than the 120 min estimate but was nasty. The bacon cheese sticks box was on top and was completely saturated with grease or butter type and even soaked into the top of the pizza box. Never again.

Whoever the delivery driver is that came to deliver my food was extremely rude. The guy tried calling me and left a nasty voicemail on my phone. Once I called back to give him directions that my house was across the street from where he was he got upset and started complaining. Due to this I will not be ordering from this location again. The customer service with some of these drivers needs to improve immediately.

Ordered a New York Style pepperoni pizza and two orders of wings and jalapeno bites. Waited 15 minutes for my order. The pizza was cold and no pepperoni??! The wings were not done, whole order went in oven when I got home! 50 dollars for food I still had to cook and was terrible.

You have a 50/50 chance of 1) getting your pizza at all 2) having it well made and 3) delivered on time. One of these three issues has happened in my last 5 orders. Aren't you glad they ask for a tip BEFORE you get your meal? Switching to Lou Malnatis now.
