My teeanage daughter and I came to Poco loco for dinner and the service was horrible! I was yelled at, humuliated and told "just go!" The tall white woman with the salt and pepper pixie cut was our server and she had a slight attitude from the start of our service. I tried to by pass how short she was with me as I asked her questions about prices. The humiliation came when I notice everyone (other customers)was getting there food before us as we all ordered very similar things and we ordered very quickly after each other. (We all ate a high top almost like family style) A man came in after we have been sitting for 10 or 15 minutes and ordered and got his food with in 5 minutes of sitting. Us still no food. The man bragged about getting his food so quickly which made me feel like something wasn't right. After contemplating on rather we should stay or go because of how hungry I was but also thinking how the waiter was rude and short with me, I decided to just pay for the soda we ordered for my daughter and I cancel my order. I asked the waiter how much will the soda cost and I handed her my card. She asked me why was I cancelling my order. I let her know why and she yelled at me saying "your food takes longer because of the chicken"! We ordered chicken fitas and birra tacos which was the special for the day and everyone who ordered at the high top ordered the special. She then took my card and slammed it down on the counter and told me to go! I was humulited. This was not my first time but definitely my last! Very sad!

I can not say much about the food because I did not eat BUT they really should tell you that they add 20 percent to take out orders. I order margaritas to go. (165.40) It took 2-3 minutes to pour them and they charged 20% on total bill. 165.40 plus 34.60 for added gratuityfor carry out. (I had gift cards and originally ordered less but when I noticed the charge I knew I would not go back so ordered more to use the gift cards up.)

They offer margaritas to go and show price on menu BUT after you order they tack on 20%. In other words you pay 15.00 for a lime and 17.00 for a straberry. I would just think they would mention that when you order. Guess not. Lol

Our dinner and drinks were excellent. Very authentic Mexican food. The staff were super friendly. I felt like they had already known us as past patrons and it was the first time we ate at the restaurant. It is a very small restaurant, but very quaint and comfortable. Just get there early as it fills up fast. I believe the restaurant limit holds approximately 99 people. We will definitely dine at this restaurant again!

This is a cool place to check out. The tacos were weird when they first came out because I’ve never seen it done this way before, but I’ve since been dreaming of these tacos! Could use a double up on the corn tortillas, but other than that, 5 stars!

Don’t go!! While waiting for our food. The waitress placed her left hand inside the garbage can to pull it out. To receive a silver lid that was stored between the garage Can and the wall with her right hand. Places the garbage can back in it’s place with her hand still in the can. Placed the silver lid over something at the time didn’t know what is was. 2 seconds later returns with our food. My husband asked for more chips. She then uncovered the chips with the lid that once was resting next to the garbage can. We didn’t touch our food. Asked for the bill, paid and politely departed, disgusted.

Agree with Justine's post. A great very long standing great Mexican restaurant with very tasty food and very reasonable prices. They have a variety of drink varieties and they serve lamb with other meat varieties too! They have a variety of drinks, latin drinks and wine, beer and cocktails. Locally owned and is still awesome! They are flexible and accomdating to customers. Indoor or outdoor dining and take aways. But call to make sure they are serving outdoors as weather gets colder.Vegetarian options: They are very accomodating. Just say what you want.

Tried to come here for lunch today (9/26/23) at around 12:15, and they were closed. Had checked the posted hours on their website which listed 11:30-2:00.

Wish management would update the business hours everywhere! Not everyone is on social media. Have driven here for dinner at least three times to find the place closed. Same for today... Website says open at 4pm on Sundays. Not so. Hours are wrong even here on Yelp! Would suggest that anyone who wants to eat here, to call ahead.
