The supervisor here, Latoya Williams, acted very unprofessional and left me so disappointed that I spent $30 ubering my food back to return it. She has a real attitude problem! The last time I came to this location, she was screaming at her staff about being on the phone in front of all the customers. Threatening to send them home early. Today, I called the restaurant about a dozen times to make sure utensils and ranch are given to my Uber Eats delivery person, but no one answered, until it was too late. When I addressed this to the unprofessional supervisor Latoya Williams, she got upset, raised her voice, became disrespectful and hung up the phone on me. I will be calling corporate.

Food generally is not the best. The service was far better than expected. The atmosphere gets a 0 star. The floors were so greasy u couldn't stand up straight without your feet sliding. Unsafe and un sanitary.
