Friendly staff, lots of different kinds of apples. The apples were a good price too! Not the best selection of cheeses, especially if youre looking for some sharp cheddar to go with your apples, there wasnt much. But they did have a few other cheeses, along with a couple different cheese curds. They only have donuts on the weekend which was a bit disapointing but luckily we went on a weekend, we got some cinnamon sugar donuts, wish we would have tried the caramel glazed donuts as well, but the cinnamon donuts were amazing! The hot cider was very good as well, but you get more if you buy the cold cider. Very cute Gourds and pumpkins. Very pretty location. The alcohol was, as to be expected, on the expensive side but they have a very good selection. The staff was very helpful and informative about what each of the options were like. Had more variety of semi sweet and sweet ciders, than dry ciders but personally that was to my liking. There was also wine tasting from the looks of it, although we did not do that. I would definetly recommend going for a visit if youre in the area!

Make it your biyearly stop from Chicago to Milwaukee. F the bean. I love Milwaukee. Our annual pilgrimage from St Charles to a downtown venue in Milwaukee starts with a tasting at Appel Treow. The owner really loves his work and is a treasure trove of facts. Ask him about sorghum, and try his whiskey. We love it all.
We loved this winery! It’s down to earth and very chill. The five complimentary tastings and friendly service were very much appreciated. We’ll be back!

We've been trying for a few years to get in this place while they're open, and finally made it today. I like the idea that we got 5 complimentary samples before deciding on what to buy. The service was friendly, and they really know what they're doing. We sampled brandy, wine, cider, gin, and whiskey, then ordered another flight to enjoy out in the orchard area. In Wisconsin, wineries mostly serve the sweet stuff, and we prefer dry and tart; we had several options which were good. The artwork on the containers is amazing, and I found out it is created by the owner herself!We would recommend our friends to visit.
