very disappointed that if you use a gift certificate you have to use the whole thing. no credit for unused money. can't use it for the tip. so the restaurant get the remainder of the money. my sister used one and ended up losing $10.00 of her gift card.
We used Charcoal Grill for our catering for our wedding and it was just okay. The customer service and working with Sarah was great. However the day of our wedding the food did not taste as good as when we did our food tastings, which might be expected. I’m just curious about your employee who is going around being racist on the internet. This is your employees comments in regards to a 14 year old boy being shot in the head. Sort of disgusting if you ask me.

Charcoal Grill is a restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, with some customers praising the quality of the main courses. Many have found the food incredible, especially enjoying the Sunday Buffet. However, there have been some issues with the menu being unclear and confusing, such as the distinction between the fish fry and baked fish options. Additionally, there was no information about beverages on the menu, and the clam chowder was described as darker and saltier than usual. The service has been described as hit-or-miss, with some waitstaff providing good assistance while others have given incorrect information. For instance, some customers experienced delays in being seated, despite the presence of empty tables. The quality of the food can vary, as some reported overcooked burgers and soggy sweet potato fries, while others found the flatbread pizza overdone but still delicious. Despite these issues, the restaurant has been praised for its friendly staff and the beautiful riverside view from the patio, making it good enough overall to recommend a visit or two to check it out for yourself.
