Appetizer ribs, onion strings & coleslaw were very good. Ribs were soft & juicy. My husband had a juicy burger with mushrooms, lettuce onion and a good bun With tator tots.

Burger was cold, fries were overcooked (almost rock solid), and paid $8 for a long island just for it to be all juice. The waitress was snobby and the food has simply just gone downhill.

Charcoal Grill in Burlington is top-notch! We have to give a BIG shout out to Tammy!! She is phenomenal and goes above and beyond expectations! We used Charcoal Grill for our wedding at Veterans and it was an excellent choice- food was superb (ask about the Mac & cheese!) and Tammy was so pleasant and easy to work with! Would recommend for anyone needing catering. And, as just a place to have lunch/dinner, it is so great with a sweet view of the river- ample indoor and outdoor seating. Great cheese curds, salads and pizza!! Get the chocolate spoon cake too- delicious!

The food is good but we’ve ordered take out from here 4 times and every single time they have not given us our full order. Our last one we asked them to double check and the went through the bag and pointed everything out. We got home and it was still missing.
We used them to cater our wedding and had a great experience. Would definitely use them again for an event.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Charcoal Grill! My husband and I have been here for lunch and dinner several times. The service has always been great and the food is so so yummy! We decided to use Charcoal Grill as our catering service for our wedding. From the time we had our first meeting to the very end of the night when they helped cut and plate the cake, the Charcoal Grill catering team was just exceptional! Tammy, the event manager, was seriously a dream! I have never met a catering manager that was so kind and friendly. During the whole experience, we became family. Tammy was EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY accommodating, down to earth and friendly, quick to respond and help us out in whatever way she could, and she is very understanding. Many issues that I ran into with my wedding, I could discuss with Tammy. She helped with my cake; she helped with fitting everything I wanted into my price range; and she even helped with issues with my venue. She was one of the most stress-free and easy parts of my wedding (because wow! weddings are so stressful!). I decided to do a buffet styled display. Everyone loved it. People that had food accommodations, such as gluten-free, dairy free family members, were taken care of. They just had to talk to one of the staff members and the food was prepped, plated, and prepared in an allergy-safe environment. Everyone could eat without worry. Easy, easy. Everyone loved the food! It was delicious. My husband and I were so happy! I cannot thank Tammy and her team enough. If I had the opportunity to do my wedding over again, I would choose Tammy and Charcoal Grill every time!!!!
