I ordered food from this establishment with door dash. The order was all messed up, which is not a first time I spoke to the manager dylan, who assured me that he will make me another entree. And deliver it personally within fifteen twenty minutes an hour later, I still hadn't heard from him.I called him back.He let me know that oh door dash is gonna refund your money, but didn't give the common courtesy to call me and let me know that they wouldn't be delivering me another meal.As I waited, he was rude.He hung up on me and I will be reporting him.He has no way in any shape of form management material

We always order for delivery. The food is great. Nice size portions. Always arrives hot. Unfortunately, there's always something missing. This time it was the rye bread, butter, and lemon wedges. Sometimes its the side like baked potatoes. And even the soup has alluded us a couple of times... I hope they can get back to right.

We had the rehearsal dinner at The Charcoal Grill for my sons wedding. Everything was wonderful. The manager, Tammy, was so easy to work with, the food was excellent and the wait staff was fun and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
They also accommodated the vegetarian in the group without a problem.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable service. I understand places being short staffed, but when you wait 15 minutes at your table and no one comes to even get our drink order.
This is honestly the most mediocre food I’ve ever had in a place that has, what? 5 locations? Smash burger that’s just a frozen patty pretending to be anything like a smash burger. I honestly couldn’t even eat half of it. No flavor, no thought to it. Culver’s would have been a better choice. (Which is how they advertise it in the menu already).
They say it’s not frozen but, let’s be real. It’s cooked to oblivion. They took it off the bill so kudos for that.
Blue box Mac and cheese for kids that’s boiled to oblivion and basically cheese mush. Like, come on. Do better than this. If you’re going to give kids junk Mac and cheese you can at least try to cook it somewhat decently.
Pretzels with no salt on it but they sprinkle some on the plate like it might help a little bit.
Music choice was good though.

Restaurantji Recommends
Really short on wait staff. The bartender was doing 3 different duties. Food was great as is has been in the past. Ran out of 2 different liquors. Last drink was exceptionally weak.

My husband and I stopped at Charcoal Grill. Our server was friendly and nice but slow. My onion straws were cold then after awhile my husband had to tell. She brought me new ones n they weren't hot but I kept them. So I have leftover chicken n straws. They're way overpriced n we won't go back anytime soon. Plus the Potato soup was thick like pudding.

You know when you walk in to a restaurant on Valentine’s Day and it’s empty you should just leave. Will we were really hunger and don’t have time to try another place. What a mistake that was. I’ve always loved Charcoal Grill but it’s been awhile. Clearly they aren’t the same. The restaurant is exactly the same as early 2000’s, the bathroom was disgusting and dirty also. I ordered 1/2 rotisserie chicken which they are know for and ribs another staple also a loaded baked potato and veggies. Everything but the veggies were dry, the meat was clearly not from today it was dry not rotisseried at all but clearly baked before serving they threw it on the fire for what looked like 5-10 seconds. The ribs were actually drier than the chicken and clearly not from today with a plop of sauce thrown on top. The potato was again not even close to fresh very dried out and what was supposed to be loaded had no butter or sour cream just cheese and some bacon. The veggies were alright but mostly just soaked in some sort of sugar butter sauce that was a bit too much. Can’t say it all was bad though my wife’s steak which was order medium rare came rare which I prefer so I ate part of that seeing that my meal was pure trash. I can see why it’s not busy, the food is terrible, the prices for said food are way too high for the quality but on the bright side we did have a good server. Would not recommend ever for anyone no matter how hungry.

Very, very nice place to eat. Our waitress was excellent and made our visit worth the drive from Kenosha. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
