If I could give 0 stars I would was just in the drive thru gave us a number 57 all we ordered was a cod dinner and a chocolate malt. Took 25 minutes really while people behind us all got their orders before us. Really not happy at all

Ordered a value basket, didn’t get my fries. Fries are on the receipt but weren’t in the bag and therefore, are not inside me now. Drive through also takes forever every… single… time. Now I, unfortunately, have to be the guy that digs through his order in the drive though, therefore making the line take even longer. I hate that guy, we ALL hate that guy. What you’ve done here is not to be understated, you’ve opened pandoras ButterBurger.

Nothing like paying $20 for 2 “new” chicken sandwiches and being told we don’t have lettuce or tomato which are 2 out of 3 toppings on the sandwich. Disappointing for the cost you don’t even have enough basic toppings

It was a quick late lunch, just the little things they forgot ketchup on our burger (just added it myself) no biggie though! The only problem was the floor was greasy, to where I could just slide around! Otherwise a super friendly place !

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Every night I go there and every night my order is wrong. Asked to talk to a manager to inform them as customer service should be #1. I get this red head girl who has an attitude from hell totally disregarded my point and then walks away and starts complaining about me. Facial expressions shown from her were very disrespectful as I can still see her through the window. After being handed my drink I ask for a straw then and told they have no straws. What in the actual hell. You are a business. Go to the dollar store and buy some. I spend over $100 a week there but they lost a customer for life now. Culver’s do better and hold your managers to a better standard.
