the 2 guys working there are so unfriendly....they should try to smile when they greet the customers. Also the french fries were small bits and pieces and the hot dogs seemed to shrink. A Chicago dog never has diced tomatoes. Claws in Lake Geneva is sooooo much better.

The best Wisconsin Italian beef I have found. I grew up just outside Chicago and often ate at Al’s and Johnny’s beef so to say I’m picky when it comes to Italian beef is an understatement, today is my second time eating at Flippy’s and I will definitely be back.

This place is so inconsistent with your food orders! I always order the same thing! Gyro with extra meat and extra sauce! Sometimes I get the extras that I pay for. And sometimes not! I hate paying for extra meat and sauce and they don't give it! I'm going back to ordering from Claws in Lake Geneva. Never had that problem with them.

Man at counter was rude and said that they were closing up already 45 minutes before they said they closed so “we couldn’t order things on on the menu” paid 50 dollars for a large drink, 12 wings and two chicken sandwiches and a fry. Sat there for 20 Minutes for our food while the two works let the phone ring for the whole 20 minutes we sat there purposely not answering it and still rang while we left when we were the only ones in the whole place. Food was mid at best definitely not worth the price and paid 50 dollars for the worst fast food just go to McDonald’s.

Ok food but horrible experience with staff. My daughter spilled water and we tipped the girl who cleaned it. My other daughter spilled a little under the table. Guy with a ponytail came out gave dirty looks to me while I was cleaning the floor. I apologized for the mess. He scolded me that I should have told him about the water. Super embarrassing. I apologized again and let him know not to worry we will not be back. NOT KID FRIENDLY. Beware of man with ponytail. Front girl was great but he really killed the experience.
Hadn't been to Flippy's in over 20 years. I went on 3/30/2024 for the first time since high school. The food was as good as I remembered it being. The staff was really friendly too. I'll definitely be back!
