Delicious ice cream, creamy and not too sweet!

After finding this ice cream shop through tik tok, I was excited to stop in while in town. There were multiple young girls working and they were ALL too busy dancing and begging for gifts on tik tok to acknowledge my husband and I. The one girl did walk over to us but it was clear in her facial reaction that we were interrupting her time on tik tok. Julia is supposed to be a manager but she encourages the girls that tik top seems to be priority over the customers. Julia loves to beg for gifts. Everytime I watch them on tik tok, they never focus on the customers so I'm not sure why I expected my experience to be any different then what I witness on my phone. You guys really need to focus on the customers more and stop dancing and begging for gifts all day long. The heavy set girl is really the only one I ever see working. It's fine to go live to get your name out there but seriously, you need to start prioritizing working and not playing on tik tok. Will not be back next time I'm back in town (I'm here often as I have family here). Please take customer service classes and Julia needs to focus more on being a manager and not a friend to these young girls

Found Hansen’s on TikTok And was curious to try the popcorn and waffle chips so I ordered. Let’s just say the waffle chips and popcorn are amazing. I cannot wait to order more. Also, the staff is super friendly

I discovered Hansen's on TikTok and was intrigued by their gourmet popcorn, so I decided to place an order. I got six different popcorn flavors along with their waffle chips—and wow, everything was absolutely delicious! Shipping was super fast, and the taste exceeded all my expectations. I wish I could share a photo of my order, but my family and I devoured it all within a week! Highly recommend giving them a try.

Hansens is truly a community staple- from the delicious smell of homemade waffle cones and fresh popcorn, to smiling staff and delicious ice cream selection. I got the caramel latte popcorn and it’s YUMMY!!! Has actual coffee and caffeine in it for coffee lovers! We love Hansen’s! Thank you for bring a bit of nostalgia to the world.

Nice little ice cream shop! Staff was friendly and quick to help. They have a good selection of ice cream to choose from and the prices are reasonable. I'd definitely come back here again!

*update - the owner did reach out and refund my purchase (which was absolutely not necessary, but appreciated). She also said she would speak to the staff. The ice cream alone is worth the stop, so please check them out!

After seeing this online we decided to make the drive to have the sampler platter. The ice cream was fantastic! We walked in and the four teenage girls working the counter could not be bothered to look up from their phones to greet us. We all stood there awkwardly while we read the menu and they glared at us. We got our ice cream and sat and ate it and witnessed the same thing over and over as other customers came in. We felt very unwelcome sitting there and we left as we entered, in silence. Not one bye or thank you. Fantastic ice cream, terrible vibes.

Super friendly employees, so many flavor options and more. The burlington one us very clean and welcoming. i would recommend this ice cream place to everyone. Thank you Hansen's employees for the best services and best ice cream in the world.

Great little ice cream shop in Wilmont Wisconsin have Cedarcrest ice cream and we love going there all the time and decently priced as well and they also have candy
