Today was the worst experience we ever have had at Hansen’s. The ice cream was gritty, the whipped cream was old (as they went to use the reddi whip but it was runny); the other whipped cream was frozen, a lot of the ice creams that were out were melted or very low in quantity, only sundae toppings were hot fudge and Carmel which the employee used a plastic spoon to apply to the ice cream and not the pump. The caramel wasn’t even hot. It was hard and chewy. Was told they didn’t have stock because they were closed for the holidays. Some appropriate planning was severely missed!!!! May have to rethink on our favorite ice cream spot from now on.

Very Pretty! Great for kids, ordered the Pecan Plaza, great flavor and price. Service was pleasant and fast.
Cute local shop offering candy, homemade popcorn and Cedar Crest ice cream. It is very nicely decorated and clean, and the staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Although a sign states the popcorn is made fresh daily, the bag we purchased was dated 2 weeks ago. We purchased caramel popcorn and ice cream comes, and it was all good. It was a very pleasant experience.

The best ice cream in the Midwest fight me if you would like you’re not gonna find me though, but I still think it’s the best ice cream. The workers are very nice. I got free candy for some reason never go anywhere else for ice cream is the best place they almost went out of business during Covid , I almost cried and bawled my eyes out but luckily they survived the virus. I’m very happy and I love the staff at this place.
