Hours state open til 9. Phone endlessly rings at 7:45. I remember driving to the location and seeing workers inside at 8 ish on a Friday, no one working, no one taking calls, nothing. Gr8 business model.

WTH happened to my sandwich 🥪. Placed an order on the app. Pick it up and get home, sandwich looks like it was waiting for me since they opened this morning. Bread 🍞 looks like it got hit by a bus 🚎.

I got the new toasted sub. The bread/sub was more warm and chewy rather than “toasted”. This is how it presented when opened.

The manager will argue with you about remaking a sandwich that doesn't include mayo and then charge you for remaking it. No apology, no nothing just double charged.

Was told I could go somewhere else ,Terrible service, manager supposedly named jimmy , could be a made up name don’t believe the guy for a second rude ignorant,Doesn’t want any large orders anything more then two sandwiches through drive through was told to come inside to place my order or go else where told them I don't mind waiting told me I could go somewhere else then or come inside to order didn't want to hold up his drive through, I was the only car in line no one else he wanted to make me come in or have me go off so I went inside placed my order just to watch him make it, we can equally be mad now . Lazy staff with no want to work terrible attitudes and ungrateful for customers and no customer service at all. Needs to be restaffed and management needs to be fired! Asap no reason to treat customers with large orders as if there’s something wrong with creating revenue for you. Ridiculous to see places like this in business treating customers like this. Go elsewhere is the modo here guys !

Terrible at making sandwiches leave cheese wrap wax paper or turkey wrap wax paper in sandwiches shut them down !

Mistakes happen and how a business responds when those mistakes are brought to their attention matters. I ordered a sandwich delivery, received it very quickly but opened the sandwich to find it was only bread, meat, and cheese (missing the mayo, tomato, and lettuce). I promptly called the store and spoke with the manager (Jeremy?) who was apologetic, very kind, and professional. He sent out a replacement sandwich to my residence right away and I received it within 10 minutes or so of the first order. Food was yummy as per usual. Thank you Jeremy!

When people order online, at least you can do is notify when the food is delivered. And when making the sandwiches, make sure to take out the deli paper before making the sandwich
