If the website is incorrect, that should be fixed. And if the employees are lying to prevent having to serve food, that’s outrageous.

Worst JJ experience I’ve ever had… I ordered for pick up and had a 15 mins drive to get there. The service was opposite of freaky fast and was actually incredibly slow. I had to wait another 10 mins in the store before my order was ready and come to find out what they gave me was not correct… Ordered regular sandwhich and a lil John. The lil John was TINY, it was smaller than any Slim I’ve ever received. I questioned asking if they mistakenly gave me a slim bc normally the lil John is the same size bread as the regular sandwiches and they said my order was correct… when my daughter opened her sliver “slim” with only 2 ingredients requested (meat and cheese) they forgot half the ingredients (yes, with only 2 ingredients they forgot the cheese but didn’t forget to upcharge me for it). I will never go back to this location.

Hours state open til 9. Phone endlessly rings at 7:45. I remember driving to the location and seeing workers inside at 8 ish on a Friday, no one working, no one taking calls, nothing. Gr8 business model.

Rude worker, ginger guy with beard screamed at me that my service dog isn’t allowed here. Didn’t even ask if it was a service dog just yelled across the whole restaurant.

I got the new toasted sub. The bread/sub was more warm and chewy rather than “toasted”. This is how it presented when opened.
