Amazing details of old world craftsmanship all over the bar. Gorgeous paneling on walls and ceiling. Beautiful stained glass light fixtures. Delicious food. My husband and I enjoyed the burgers. Upgraded to the fries and tots. We will definitely be back!

We have family living in the area and when we visit we always make sure we pop into Johns Main Event for their delicious burgers. Friendly servers and great atmosphere. As visitors from across pond we really enjoy the food there.

Chicken Cordon Blue was well worth the price. Burgers were great too. Chef and bartender were very friendly.Vegetarian options: I did see salads ant the Impossible burger on the menu

Beer garden is prime. Nick cooks like a real champ. Nick is a bartender to the stars. (There are 2 nicks.) Long story short. Great joint, locally owned. Great after a wedding or whatever brought you to Burlington. Check it out!
