you need to bring back the original crunchy crispy popcorn chicken and get rid of these square and soft chicken pieces. They dont have good breading on them anymore. As well as the amount of chicken included in the bowls, once i got it all there was, was only 5 chunks of chicken.

The last two times I’ve been to KFC I ordered the original recipe chicken. The chicken didn’t have one speck of seasoning on it. What in the world happened to their chicken recipe?! I was so disappointed. I will never go back again🤬

Ate her last night with my mom and son. Food was gross. Like it had been sitting all day. Tables weren’t sanitized, there was crumbs soda on almost all the booths. Fruit flies flying over us and flies while we ate. ( big pet peeve & disgust for me while eating ) the service was great. The young lady was very kind. This used to be my favorite fast food place. Unfortunately I see why the parking lot is empty all the time. Floors were dirty. It was just a gross atmosphere along with food.

Live nearby, first time stopping in. Friendly young woman at counter. Food ok but lukewarm, not hot. All exterior windows were very dirty. A few tables were also quite dirty. Very unlikely to come in again.

Go in for online order they forgot sides go back in to get aides tell me I have to wait the sides are not even made and mind you they been open 2 hrs at this point how are sides not made.
Ordered a 3 piece with all white meat and received a 3 piece of dark meat, smh. When I tried calling the store they didn't answer, imagine that.

Ordered online items were out of stock. They asked me what I wanted to substitute and when I told them what to substitute they told me they were out of that one. I said well I ordered one of each how are you only telling me you’re out of one. The general manager was there and he told me there was nothing they could do so I got food that had no sauce because there’s nothing you can do when you only carried the spicy sauces for your sandwiches at this point so I paid for food I didn’t get but there’s nothing you can do as a company or at a restaurant level that to me is just ridiculous in a customer service base business. This is the second time in a row. I’ve ordered online and the food was not available, but they have coupons that are online exclusives. The first time I didn’t even say anything or complain I just went with the flow, but this is ridiculous. The crew members they are very friendly and nice, but whoever is doing the ordering and That stuff needs to be retrained because they’re always out of stuff.
