Ordered online items were out of stock. They asked me what I wanted to substitute and when I told them what to substitute they told me they were out of that one. I said well I ordered one of each how are you only telling me you’re out of one. The general manager was there and he told me there was nothing they could do so I got food that had no sauce because there’s nothing you can do when you only carried the spicy sauces for your sandwiches at this point so I paid for food I didn’t get but there’s nothing you can do as a company or at a restaurant level that to me is just ridiculous in a customer service base business. This is the second time in a row. I’ve ordered online and the food was not available, but they have coupons that are online exclusives. The first time I didn’t even say anything or complain I just went with the flow, but this is ridiculous. The crew members they are very friendly and nice, but whoever is doing the ordering and That stuff needs to be retrained because they’re always out of stuff.

Placed an order online for an all dark meat, original recipe chicken bucket. When I got to the restaurant, I asked the employee to confirm it was all dark meat. Employee said it was not and he could replace the white meat with Crispy. I said ok. All of a sudden, a female employee comes to the window and says they cannot do that because of "the deal." I explained that there was no deal and also no extra charge for all dark meat. I also reminded the employee that white meat is more expensive than dark meat. The employee just shook her head and said, "the deal" -- whatever that means. Chicken was cold and overcooked. This will be my last visit to KFC. Pizza Ranch's fried chicken is HOT, very tasty, and their employees have common sense. And the cost is much more reasonable. Go to Pizza Ranch instead!!

I got food poisoning from the mashed potatoes.. I’ve gone here before and never had a problem but i went there on January 7th, 2024 to get some and it tasted funny but i didn’t think much of it til i was throwing up at 1:30.. Definitely won’t be going back..
