The pan pizza crust was good, however the sausage and pepperoni had no flavor to it. This is the third time of going to Pizza Hut that it was just ok, nowhere near as great as it used to be. I guess that I will be going to a local pub from now on that is better. It will be a long time before I go back to Piza Hut.

Ordered large pizza and breadsticks. There is barely a hint of sauce on the pizza and it is very dry. One piece and the rest is going in the garbage. Breadsticks had seasoning only on half of them and it's not good. Not like it used to be. Two pieces and the rest in the garbage. Drove from Elkhorn to pick up and will not be back.

Recently had extended large family party. Pricing with coupons was good and the pizza exceeded expectations.
Never open when I wanna place an order through the app at prime time for dinner how is this place staying in business when they are never open for dinner hour. And this isn't the first time either it's everytime I wanna give pizza hut a chance to redeem themselves especially when I wanna redeem my points I've earned from past orders. So either hire more staff or just shut this location down plenty of other pizza places in Burlington area that is worth the money

Very disappointed everyone and that's why I rarely order in Burlington. 3 times in the past year because it never fails to deliver doughy undercooked pizza. I prefer pizza hut over dominoes but not when it's this bad. Get it.to gfether Burlington team. Make a pizza to be proud of and represent Btown.

This location is hysterically bad at their jobs. I ordered one large cheese pizza and it took them over 2 hours of deliver it to my house. It was ice cold when it arrived by the way. When I went to go complain, The phone number I called took me straight to a corporate call center in India and the people there told me they could not help me. The only thing they could do for me is connect me to the store which when they attempted to do that just resulted in a busy tone. Extremely frustrated, I just decided to go into the store myself to complain. The man who was apparently in charge their sent out a small young boy to listen to my complaint. Then he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do to help me. All he did was apologize and say he didn't know what went wrong.
Am I crazy? I ordered one large cheese pizza. Literally the easiest pizza possible to make. And it took over 2 hours to get to my house with no explanation and seemingly nobody wants to take responsibility for this. Absolute joke of a pizza hut.
TLDR: be warned nobody will take responsibility for their mistakes at this location. Not even corporate will help resolve problems you have with your order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
