Burling9 On Pizza Hut cannot seem to ever cook a pizza thoroughly. Very disappointed everyone and that's why I rarely order in Burlington. 3 times in the past year because it never fails to deliver doughy undercooked pizza. I prefer pizza hut over dominoes but not when it's this bad. Get it.to gfether Burlington team. Make a pizza to be proud of and represent Btown.

This location is hysterically bad at their jobs. I ordered one large cheese pizza and it took them over 2 hours of deliver it to my house. It was ice cold when it arrived by the way. When I went to go complain, The phone number I called took me straight to a corporate call center in India and the people there told me they could not help me. The only thing they could do for me is connect me to the store which when they attempted to do that just resulted in a busy tone. Extremely frustrated, I just decided to go into the store myself to complain. The man who was apparently in charge their sent out a small young boy to listen to my complaint. Then he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do to help me. All he did was apologize and say he didn't know what went wrong.
Am I crazy? I ordered one large cheese pizza. Literally the easiest pizza possible to make. And it took over 2 hours to get to my house with no explanation and seemingly nobody wants to take responsibility for this. Absolute joke of a pizza hut.
TLDR: be warned nobody will take responsibility for their mistakes at this location. Not even corporate will help resolve problems you have with your order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Only 1 person taking orders and cooking food. She had her son there while she was working. Her son was in the dining room sitting at a table. And then there is a old lady that is the delivery person. Think they need more workers. Took forever to get food. Not happy at all. And she kind of had a nasty attitude

Ordered an 8 pc boneless which was not in the delivery order. Called and she said new guy forgot to put in bag, she said they’d come back out and I’d get a 10 dollar credit for the inconvenience. I was good with that. 40 minutes later still nothing I call back and they deny my call twice and I call from my girlfriends phone and they answer right away…. Then they said it wasn’t on the receipt even tho I definitely ordered them. A pizza, bottle of soda and a ranch cushions not be 37 dollars. Not eating here anymore

Ordered a pizza. Did not get what I ordered. Did not have time to wait so I asked for a refund. While the manager, she declared started to refund me I made a comment on how disgusting the door windows were. Short white hair older lady blew her stack. Threw pizza back at me. Told me she wasn’t going to refund me. I called the cops which were great, told her to refund me my money and I was on my way. This Pizza Hut store is a mess. The owners are ultimately at fault. My hope is they would never allow someone like this in their business. How fair Am I! Swung around to lake geneva Pizza Hut on my way home. Ordered and was treated great! Was told I would be trespassing at the Burlington Pizza Hut in the future. Wow! What an ugly experience from Burlington Pizza Hut. Don’t comment on their disgusting windows is the moral of my story.

Less than 1 star deserved. Delivery took over a hour & a half, manager & assistant manager said they couldn’t give any pizza credits even though the pizza was cold. Manager was a woman & was very rude on the phone. There’s other great options for pizza in Burlington.. Antioch pizza, dominos, anything else.

It's got a new manger it's alot better now it's open until 11 on the week days 12 on the weekends

Food was delivered an hour late. I’m not a picky person and I hate to call and complain but the food was inedible because it spent an hour sitting in its own grease before being delivered. I called multiple times to request a refund and nobody would answer the phone.Going to have to end up contacting corporate.
