My favorite of ALL Starbucks! I love the baristas. Super friendly and they always know what I like. I order pretty much the same thing but all their stuff is delicious! Starbucks in the morning before work is the best part of my day!

This is my regular Starbucks. I’ve had drinks made wrong a couple of times, during busy hours, which was always resolved without complaint or disrespect. Other than that, I’ve never had an issue. The employees are pleasant. The guy that made that super long review about paying for water and being smiled at because he’s “good looking”sounds like a complete weirdo who is in serious need of an ego death. He can loiter and creep out the workers at whatever other cafe he chooses! I’ll keep enjoying my coffee from Starbucks!!

You must pay $2.69 minimum for any amount of water. So I bought nothing. A “non-warm” employee (male) with glasses, short brown beard, short brown hair, name starts with C, Apparently a “manager”. Acts as if customers are last on his list (the only reason I didn’t buy something was because of his poor, behavior). Which inevitably got me passively aggressively asked to leave by the same individual. Very disconnected from customers, seemingly uncomfortable, and by no means manager material. First I’ve ever heard of this, “No pay No stay” policy even after working at Starbucks in college. I was there for 7 minutes. Starbucks, please don’t respond with some cheesy “apology”. Don’t be fooled by interviewee’s. It’s funny, when I enter that store all of the women greet me with smiles at the counter, as I’m charming, generous, and good looking. I live 1 mile away and like to casually do work while sipping on Starbucks, at the thought of interacting with that “manager”, I will not participate in sales income on his shift, but most importantly at that location. I’m finishing this review at a beautiful, charming cafe on pine street, beautiful young smiling women and a warm environment where I was not pressured to buy anything but ultimately was pleased to buy a $6 craft beverage. This interaction will sting. I’m sharing this review, I’m spreading the word, I will never be treated like that again by anyone. If I do, then I shall save others from the same burden, it is my duty. I own 2 business’s by the way. The Coffee House at 492 N Pine st, Burlington, Wi, 53105 is the place for me. Charming, warm, beautiful friendly women, and beverages made with love. Oh, and so much more comfortable seating. 2nd picture is of the new place.

One of the least consistent Starbucks as far as how my drink will taste on any given day. Don't always get the customizations correct. Service is hit or miss... especially when ordering at the counter. They often seem rushed and aren't as engaging as they used to be... offering up suggestions or alternatives of they are out of something, etc. Some staff are great, for sure... and I know the employees can't help how busy they are due to order volume or staffing, but ... a lot of other Starbucks that I go to (throughout SE Wisconsin) seen to have a better handle on things overall, especially consistency.

With only a couple people there and with myself ordering ahead I was so disappointed when my items were still not ready after the time they were supposed to be. The barista knew what I was waiting for but had no problem sitting and talking with the drive-through. Disappointing Service all around

Every single time I do a mobile order they get it wrong I order a venti to always don't feel it up all the way like they should if I'm ordering a venti I should be getting a venti not half of it missing. Completely dissatisfied with the Starbucks and I will not go back again.

I really enjoyed how I was treated there and that I wasn’t rushed unlike other restaurants I’ve been to in the past. I’d definitely recommend it even though it is usually packed with people!
