About meeting Starbucks store voting friendly staff
I love this place but I need the summer berry boba refreshers to be all year round and you could name them sky refresher or like boba sky refreshers pleaseeeee
I really enjoyed how I was treated there and that I wasn’t rushed unlike other restaurants I’ve been to in the past. I’d definitely recommend it even though it is usually packed with people!
Put in a mobile order a few moments before arriving was promptly notified that mobile orders take 4 to 12 minutes to make the girl asked us to park and we did then we pulled back around once we pulled back around to the drive-thru window(there was no one in the drive thru either time). We were met by one of the workers with glasses and shorter hair and she was super rude to us and said that we should’ve stopped at the voice box 1st. When I said that the other girl had told us just to pull back around we were met with again a very rude and negative tone saying that their drive times mattered and that it affected their store and I can understand that. if I would’ve been properly told that I need to stop at the voice box every time I pull back through, I would’ve done that, but for somebody to talk down to me and be demeaning to me and my girlfriend for something that we didn’t know about at a store that we’re usually very happy with it was a very disappointing experience. I don’t think this person should work with Customers.
Somehow this location can never make a drink taste good been here several times to keep giving it another chance and my drink always tastes awful even after I ask for them to remake it somehow it come out worse the second time. Their vanilla cold foam never comes out with any flavor just tastes like heavy whipping cream. I drink Starbucks quite often and it’s been worth my money at other locations and their drinks come out pretty consistent, but this one seems like they don’t care. Just spent 10 dollars on a coffee here and it tastes horrible and pretty sure they didn’t put the milk I asked for in it and it’s making me very sick.
I would give five stars this place is great. The girls are great. The guys are great. The service is great, but I’ve been a little upset that you guys are no longer carrying the iced energy drinks and I don’t know who to get in contact with to bring those back, but other stores have them. very disappointing

Wow has this location gone downhill. I moved out of Burlington 4 years ago. Stopped by family members house for a visit and wanted a drink before heading out of town. Waste of money! 12pm on a Tuesday. I walked in, was NOT greeted or even looked at while I approached the register. After ordering I stood and waited 15 minutes for my drink while all the drive through orders were catered to. When I finally got my drink I was not given a straw and there were none by the napkins. I asked for one and was told "It would be a minute ". Are you serious?! Unbelievable! Why are customers inside the building made to wait so long. Very poor customer service and very poor employee attitudes! Will not be returning. Kwik Trip will forever have my business across the street!

Absolutely worst service at any starbucks. Jess the on shift "manager" is rude and unaccommodating.
Went to starbucks this morning. Waited online at the speaker for 5 minutes. Not one single acknowledgement.
Drove around to the window. Told them we didn't get to place our order because no one took it. They wanted us to drive around with the long line of cars to get back in line. We said no. You can take it here and now.
Jess made excuses that no one may have had headphones on at the time. I said 3 people are wearing them. She became rude and said well it's not their job to answer the speaker. Uhm them why are they wearing them?? I also pointed out that at EVERY OTHER starbucks they acknowledge you. Yet this one doesn't?
She finally agreed to take our order AFTER asking for the store managers name.

Been to this location twice. Numerous flies hanging around the mobile order pick up area. I’d order there or the drive through so you can close your food bags before the flies get to it.
