It is taco bell after all, but if you want to improve Quality and customer satisfaction please close the drive-thru. After placing our order, Paid the $67.05 for our food which ended up being incorrect (again). Something about the drive thru process is broken.
Reading should be a job requirement. Or at least interpreting the picture on the screen correctly.

Four small burritos cost me over $25 and I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes! Not fast food and not good food and it was cold when I finally got it. What happened to good food at a reasonable price at Taco Bell?? They will never get another dime from me - I can get better, fresher and more food at Qdoba that isn't cold for the same or less price. Taco Bell lost their way.
