Ordered 2 large chili's at drive thru. Got them home and the level of the chili in both cups was 1 1/4 to 1 5/16 of an inch from the top of the cup. Called Wendy's in Burlington Wi was told there was a fill to line inside. Looked for the line could not find it. Did find a notch on the seam of cup. Chili level was at least 1/4 of inch below notch. Called complaint # for Wendy's was told to call a different 800 # and that # was closed for the day.

I still think Wendy's has some of the best burgers and fries around. Had a Dave's Double with everything on it, fries and drink. Around $11. They have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so there's a crazy number of drinks to choose from. Seagrams sugar free orange Ginger Ale anyone?
Employees were polite and the place was spotless. It's also the most spartan fast food place I've ever seen. No decorations, etc. But I came for the food, not the atmosphere.

Didn’t even bother to give me the extra sauce I paid for or the sauce that was included. Waited for about 20 minutes for 4 food small items.

My daughter loves Wendy's and we go at least once a week. More often when we moved. Always friendly and the food is good. The mushroom burger they have right now is amazing!! I also got the frosty key tag for a free jr frosty and my daughter loves them. Has already paid for itself.

if you go past like 8 pm you are stuck there for at-least 30 minutes waiting, EVERY-TIME. them just looking at you, not doing anything as there’s only 3 customers. unless you want some time away from home staring at others theirs many better options. just travel to another wendy’s.
