I came in to sell some cards exepecting buying rate around 65 percent of raw and they gave me a 24.2 percent offer im never gonna waste my time at this store again. Only positive thing was the playing area and the variety of cards, but overall the customer service was very bad. I've been to many card shows and shops but this has to be the worst customer service I've experienced in a place.

Like a lot of the reviews say, the staff isn’t friendly. Same guy with long hair and hat. I stood there for 15 min and never got a greeting or any help. The same staff member passed me twice before I finally just decided to ask for help, which he responded to very rudely. It was my first time here and my last. I felt very awkward and unwelcome here. There was also a tournament going on and the same participant threw out a racial slur multiple times. I’d stay far away from this place.

The first time I went in to sell cards, I had good experience with Tanner. I’m giving 2 stars because the last 2 times that I went in the guy that wears a cap and has long hair, was rude. After reading the other reviews, anyone complaining is definitely talking about this same guy. I waited over 15 mins and he didn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. When he did speak to me, he was not friendly and seemed bothered. That is not how I want to be treated as a customer. I drove from far way and it seems this place is just welcoming to regulars or friends. My niece and I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I buy, trade and sell cards so I’ll take my business elsewhere. The owner Pudge, should rethink who he has representing his business as this is not the impression you want to give to customers. Unfortunately, you’ve lost my business and I was bringing in nothing but heat!

Its a card store. Has a large play space and the folks that frequent have been nice when I've gone. In all the times I've been here staff never greets you or says hi. Today I perused the cards in the case looking for something specific. They didn't have it but, had 1 or 2 others I thought about. Ended up passing, figured I'd rather give my patronage to other stores that are welcoming. Big deal for me personally

Empty store with one guy at a gaming table. Normally that would be no problem. But I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and no member of the staff there ever emerged and as me if I needed help (I did). Shame they are so nonchalant with potential customers.

Astonishing place, the guy that works there is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuine about his store, trading or selling. The store is very clean and has many options for cards both single and packs. All were priced fairly and were pretty cheap for some of them. I originally came here as I was driving past and thought I would check it out, and I happened to have my trading cards with me and went in a got some very needed Rayquazas that I was looking for and I even got some aetherdrift packs too for a decent price. Overall, an amazing experience and a great place to visit for play and trades.

I'd give a better review but I showed up to sell a few cards and play in the casual commander event they had posted. Instead it was whatever a commander draft is and while the guy working there wasn't mean he wasn't exactly friendly either. Just didn't give a good vibe sold my stuff bought some stuff left and probably won't go back.
