So my girlfriend has Tourette’s. Which is a disability btw. So me and her walk in two steps into the store and she has a tick(she made a noise) and the old guy who was with a customer mind you started yelling at me and my girlfriend from the other side of the store to be quiet and that he’s trying to concentrate. If you support this buisness you’re supporting ignorant bigots and from the current reviews I would definitely recommend avoiding this place. The management/subway needs to do better. Stopped in Rt @ 930pm Rt as they were gonna start breaking down, as I said was bout to start n asked open n one staff member asked other n said nope! Well there went your cash tip, n won’t be stopping here anytime soon!

Like most people, when I go to subway I get the same sandwich. Every time. However today I was greeted with multiple Employees arguing and berating a woman and attempting to get her to pay two dollars extra for a sandwich because she didn’t want cheese on one of the Specialty sandwiches. When it was my turn to order, I was greeted with an unhappy employee who slapped my bread on the table. And when I asked for my sandwich toasted like I have gotten for six years, he told me no. When I tried to challenge and again ask for my sandwich to be toasted. He said I will not be doing that, and then immediately moved onto what I wanted on my sandwich. This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway.
This place has low ratings for a reason beware.

Been to many Subways from here to Georgia. Definitely one of the nicest, cleanest, and freshest Subway I have been to. The manager Heather is an absolute pleasure to talk to and be around. The owners need to make sure they do everything they can to keep her!

Really poor customer service. The guy working who had brown hair to his shoulders did not greet us, nor acknowledge us. Based on other reviews this seems to be a trend. We decided to do an online order and when we asked if it had been started they ignored our question. Won’t be back.

The guy/boy (I assume) with shoulder length hair did not have a hair net or have the hair secured while making our food. Barely spoke to us, obviously doesn't wanna be there. Will not be stopping here again.
My Grandaughter and I just visited this location. It was her first time ordering by herself; her Mom always did the ordering for her, but tonight she is with me ?. Since she is 11 I felt she should order her own meal. Joseph was so patient and informative with her. She had to order a second sandwich for her basketball tournament tomorrow, so that was extra embarrassment for her, she thought.. He took extra time to make a cold sandwich, with sauces separately packed. Hats off to Joseph for care and attention to detail. Addison had a great customer experience!
