I've had nothing but good experiences at this arbys. Staff is always nice and always help me when I'm deciding on what I want to try order. Plus it's next to a nice park where the kids can play

This Arbys is inside a Pilot truckstop, everyone knows Trucker work 24hr a day....Dont expect this manager at this Arbys to even acknowledge you as a customer until she opens at 7:00:01 of a second. Sure she will turn all the lights on and you will think your in a open buisness, lights on, gate open to enter....but she wont get off her lazy butt to even tell you she doesn't open until exactly 7. Worker comes in(who was nice and was ready to serve me) and she yells from back office to not serve me until exactly 7. Glad she hasnt made it farther in life,especially into trucking because she would fail. Food is good though,she is not an effective customer service agent representing a major food chain. Arbys do better

Ashland is amazing. Me and my husband Mike came twice and Ashland was the drive thru guy and I wish the arbys in milwaukee had ashlands. Lbvs!! This is the only Arbys I will go to. Which isn't FREQUENT but will always be a treat for us! top notch customer service, clean area no litter and the food is hot n fresh and like I said HAS BEEN A TREAT! THANK U

I don’t leave reviews often but I am so disappointed in this location. Time and time again I keep going back hoping the service and the quality of food will get better but it never does. Everytime I go I have to wait in the drive through or dinning for at least 15/20 minutes and I don’t even go during the busy hour. When I eventually do get my food half of it is cold! And the customer service is trash. I rarely eat out and this is why. Don’t go to this location unless you have time to waste on cold food.
