Cousin's has quickly become my husband's and my go-to sandwich restaurant. With so many options around Racine, we know we will always have a great, fresh, quality sandwich here, and very fast, friendly service. Love the option of the drive thru, too. And while we usually come for the sandwiches, we can't not get the cheese curds. They are incredible. Light, fluffy, flavorful. Absolutely at or near the very top of the best cheese curds in Wisconsin list for us!

Ordered a veggie sub it was the most disgusting thing that I've ever gotten. It was bread with basically nothing else except for green peppers which I had specifically requested not be put on it.

I order 2 meals my price came up to 21$ he only gave me one order the price range did not fit I explained it to him to see if he can fix it but not.he said there is no such thing of meals this owner to this location is not a good person instead of trying to corporate with his customers and apologize which he didn't do disrespectful owner this was my first time there I told him this was my last time I will never go to that location I'm staying on my location on Douglas good service and better food and respect

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would give a ZERO if I could. I’m still flabbergasted. We ordered a huge ToGo order from here and picked it up (even when delivery is an option). Drove to pick up our massive party order and get home to sort it all out. And we were missing a meatball sub. What should have been an EASY FIX turned into the worst experience with poor service! Called to ask for them to deliver the missing sub so that we had it. We were told no. We can come pick it up. I explained that I couldn’t. So he said fine. Come tomorrow morning. Which still doesn’t fix the fact that I needed it today. He said that he wasn’t going to send someone for delivery and our only option was to pick it up. So we asked for a refund for the sub instead and he said NO! Then I explained that I wasn’t going in for the sub and would just like the refund instead. He again said NO! So, I asked to speak with a manager and he said no and hung up on me! I used to be a manager of a restaurant and could NEVER IMAGINE handling a situation in this manor. We will NOT be going back to this location. It’s an absolute disgrace to the cousin’s corporation.

Mmmm…. If you’re hungry maybe stay away, I got more bread than any toppings. Gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times as they’re usually my go to for lunch but they’re very stingy with the toppings. Seems like ownership changed

First time trying out and it was meh.Reminded me of subway with lack of taste and ingredients. Great bread though.
Clearly new ownership at this location. Itemized each item instead of the "combo" as advertised on menu. Cashier was super polite and said that's what they have to do now. And I've literally never seen the glowing green meat they changed up on the hundreds of Italian Specials I've ordered over the last 20 years.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered a hot sub and the chicken, cheese, and bacon were melted onto the paper. By the time i got home it had cooled enough that it was stuck. Couldn't get the food off without paper attached to it.

Cousins in general amazing. Racine location…eh. Ordered my usual steak Philly got home to feel that my sub was unusually light. Ordered extra mayo and was given no mayo and my sub had no meat on the last 3 inches of the bread and did not taste like it usually does. I recommend driving the extra few minutes to any other
