I used to love cousin subs. I haven’t been to one in years and was looking forward to my favorite meatball and provolone. However, now the meatballs are 1/4 of size, where you get more bread than meat, and the bread itself is stale, dry and crumbly.

I'm not one to make negative post but this needs to be sad.I came in to order myself a sandwich.The girl at the front counter didn't even say hello, to me.I had to be the one to say hello to her first. While taking my order.I noticed that she was on her cell phonet. I find that unprofessional and not necessary.I get my food and i'm not even three bites into my sandwich and there's a piece of hair in my food. So between the customer service and their quality of food.I will not be going back to this location at all.

Order the sub and chili with french fries they were supposed to knock on the door and handed to me they never did that the food was ice cold because it sat on my front porch where they left it and never let me know it was delivered we'll never go there again
