Want to get some early morning breakfast as the doors and online states that they open at 5 am pull up and there a employees outside and one smoking and I ask her are you not open She says no not till 6 am I go on to say it states 5 am She goes on to say rudely yeah we have no employees and just throws her cigarettes and walks. How is it possible to screw up a two shake order. Ordered two shamrock shakes on 3/18. We no longer have Shamrock shakes. Ok, well at least he didn’t say the shake machines are not working. I order one chocolate and one strawberry shake for the grandkids. They hand me one chocolate and one vanilla shake. I say that’s not strawberry. He said here’s your straws. I said I ordered a strawberry shake. He says do you want to exchange that? Oh, why would you possibly think that??

I eat at the one on Douglas Street in Racine, Wisconsin basically every day . Everyone is polite Most of the time i go through the drive through. On occasion i have eaten inside of the restaurant. I think the employees are hard working and i certainly as a customer appreciate their work. I have been in the lines where there are a lot of cars and the employees apologize for the long wait. It does make the customer feel valued and less stressed. They are very efficient at taking the orders. This is my go to McDonald’s because of the employees and how pleasant they are of course the good food. Along with a clean restaurant. I usually visit twice a day and even buy my dog Wrinkles a plain hamburger which he loves. I will make sure to add a picture to my next post or update this one.

I was in there 10 minutes ago. I ordered 3 sausage and egg mcmuffins and specifically asked them if they could cook my eggs soft, so not well done like it usually it. We'll I got home cut unto my sandwich and the eggs where GREEN! That means these eggs were way overcooked, and they did not make them soft as I asked them, too. I even repeated it back to the pleasant young lady at the register. Here is a picture so you cab see for your self. Tank you

Wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Stopped going to this McDs cause for 3 years they never once made an order correct. Went there today after 2 years of not going there, and they mess my order up and give me the wrong burgers. Funny enough, the burger i got was also made incorrectly to the label that was on it. My large fries were maybe filled with a small fry worth and the manager refused to replace them with the thes of the order cause i "clearly ate them and just wanted free food" thats i how i got them. $4 for fries i atleast want a full thing of fries.... i will never go there again.
Ugly Interior so attempt drive-thru but if you do, prepare for a possible wait on the side because simple requests do not work successfully. Beware of a error in your order and always check your bag. Surprised this location stays open

I recently visited this McDonald's, and I must say, it’s a refreshing change from the fast pace of life. The service is so leisurely that it gives you time to reflect on your choices—like why you came here in the first place!
The staff are truly dedicated; you can really tell they take their time to make sure each order is prepared with utmost care. It’s impressive how they manage to keep the drive-thru line moving at a glacial pace—who knew it was possible to turn a quick meal into a mini-adventure?
The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, almost as if they encourage you to savor every moment (and every minute) of your wait. And let’s not forget the food! It’s always nice to be reminded that good things come to those who wait, especially when it takes over 20 minutes to get a simple burger.
Overall, if you’re looking for a place where time stands still, this McDonald's is definitely the spot!

I was having at rough day at school, I’ve been working for the past 4 days. So me and my friend decided to go to mcdonald’s to do our homework together. We came to this mcdonald’s, sat down, and got our work out. After a few minutes of casual talking, one of the managers came out by us, she was refilling the straws by the soda machine and she asked us “Are you guys buying anything?” So i responded with a maybe because i was still unsure if i wanted to get a snack. After a few more minutes she came back again and said “You guys can’t use the wifi if you aren’t buying anything. Our wifi is for customers.” So I just listened to her and agreed with her, but we continued to do our work since it is a public place and the wifi is free. We were quietly starting our work and were not causing a disturbance or any sort of problems. Another few minutes went by and she came to us for the third time, at this point I was already upset. This time she asked us to take out our chargers from the outlet that were charging our school computers and that the wifi was for customers only and we had to buy something from the restaurant in order to use the free wifi. I then told her it was a public place and she proceeded to interrupt me saying that the free public wifi was only public for customers. As I said in the beginning I was still debating wether I wanted to buy something or not but after her comments about us I no longer wanted to purchase anything. We then packed up and left. The overall experience was completely unnecessary and unsatisfactory. I will most likely not return return to this location, due to my experience there.
