I ordered a BLT and I get home and it's bacon and mayo,so I called and the middle eastern decent man says that's what a BLT comes with,so I called a different subway and they said it comes with bacon lettuce and tomato. Maybe you shouldn't be in food service if you don't understand the Americans that order American food

The meatballs on the meatball sub weren't even heated and the other sandwich I got is mostly bread. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was mainly bread. I used the app to order two sandwiches and they were the skimpiest sandwiches I have ever had. I took a picture in case I could post it to the review, but there isn’t. Usually they make the sandwich in front of us and there is no issue. Last time I use the app.

This location is awful. It's filthy, the workers are rude, and the drink machine is always broken. Today, when the drink machine was out of service, a young worker told me I could take one from the cooler (which also wasn't working ). About 10 minutes later, a different worker accused me of stealing the drink in front of a line of people. He argued that I should have taken a Coke, when my 7yr old daughter took a Fanta. He made me pay for the drink (after I already paid for the combo meal which included a drink).I have never been so insulted before. Don't even look in the bathrooms. Good indicator of what's in the "kitchen".

Dirty environment, old food (brown lettuce) not stocked well on anything. No original terriokee chicken. Chincy on toppings. I stopped going to ALOT of subways because of this more common problem lately. I used to love subway now days Im very much disappointed. I will not be going back can't chance food poisoning with my family.
I'm visiting from Texas and pretty disappointed in my visit to this Subway. We wanted to grab some sandwiches for the train ride in to Chicago and ended up having to go buy more lunch meat to finish building our sandwiches. The location is nice and clean, but 1 slice of lunch meat per 6inches of bread is not nearly enough...and definitely not up to Subway standards. Also, the apple juice in the fridge was 2 months expired and it was obvious just looking at it.

Zero customer service as soon as I walked in. I had to ask them how they were along with saying hello first. Was told they weren't toasting sandwiches even though their toaster was up and working, and they still had an hour till close. Got back to my hotel room, which is a 5 minute drive, to find that the meats are room temperature and the toppings were very slim. I am very disappointed in this experience, and I love Subway. I will be getting ahold of corporate for a refund and to report the store for poor quality control. I don't think they understand how bad meat can get people sick.
