No employee in the front of store an hour before close. Waited an epoch to get order taken. Older lady took order, acted like I was bothering her. The cookie was stale. Sandwich was alright, but there's a better option across the street.

Nice, clean, standard subway.Kinda funny, that from the depths of this COVID pandemic, the higher ups decided that a $5 footlong chocolate chip cookie is what America needs right. But I assure you, nobody that works here is that dumb. ?
It just seems odd that being a subway and don't take coupons that come in the mail. As someone else said the lettuce and spinach are not fresh. Sometimes it's absolutely disgusting. No pride in their business. I tried to chat and joke with the woman. She totally ignored me. Customer service SUCKS. Why would people come back when they're so unfriendly.

Small but food has always been fresh and great for me. Free refills on soda is a must for me. That can be a deal-breaker for me if place doesnt have it. I am happy to have this place close to me. Will always visit this one
