Best burgers we have ever had! We had thought about swinging by for years and just never did. I wish we would have tried it so much sooner. The food is INCREDIBLE all the way around. We had burgers, fries and cheese curds (dipped in caramel sauce, I know it sounds weird but trust me) all were mind blowingly good! The staff is super friendly and does a great job. Had live music which kept the attention of my 2 year old and she was dancing the night away. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone who wants amazing food at very reasonable prices. Definitely going to be our go to place from here on out!

This place is fantastic. Best beer selection around. Lots on tap and tons of bottles and cans to choose from. There's something here for anyone to drink. Great food choices, very tasty...and the best muenster cheese curds I've ever had!!! 100% top notch establishment, we will be back!

About 20 local craft beers on tap and a really good look bar food menu. The burgers look awesome. Didn't have one, had the Munster Cheese Curds, with, uniquely, a Carmel sauce. Interesting combination. Not bad. Really attentive service from Tabitha. Try the Beer Flight. Up to 6 of their draft beers. Enjoyed our time.

Great spot out in the farmland, the peach lager was excellent. We had appetizers as we have dinner plans, all very tasty. Nice outdoor covered patio plus tables in the grass. Dog friendly (outside).

We googled breweries in the area as we were traveling east from LaCrosse. We came upon the gem of your brewery. Jake and Shy were simply phenomenal. We teased them when we walked in at 4pm and asked if they were ready for a good time. We sampled your brews and ate your amazing pork tacos and played some darts and pool to finish off our 5-day weekend. We closed up with Jake and Shy only to be caught by surprise that our vehicle didn't start. Jake was amazing. Shy went and got jumper cables. He asked if we needed anything else, as we were possibly having to wait for a tow truck. An hour and a half went by, and they were both still waiting with us. Even a cousin stopped by to see if there was anything he could do. Surprisingly, the vehicle started and we decided to make the three-hour trek home back to Appleton. We can't say enough about the Alchemy spirit and hospitality. We will definitely be back to enjoy some more of your fabulous brew and incredible hospitality.
