“We stopped off for a drink when we were visiting from Scotland, UK this February in the snow. The B&B leaflet says “arrive a guest, leave as a friend” and even for us who just stopped for a couple of drinks, that is how we felt. We were greeted with a smile, the atmosphere was brilliant and many of the locals were happy to chat to us. What a wonderful place, thank you for the welcome. Next time we will stay in their B&B, The Stagecoach Inn.”

“Wonderful time at Dorsey’s in the historic downtown of Cedarburg, WI. I was searching for a lunch spot with not just the same old burger and fries. This spot checks all the boxes and has an area dedicated to pre-made take home meals and a front counter full of desserts.

The cafe has a nice selection of cold sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads etc along with a full line of coffee, lattes, mochas and more. Dorsey’s serves alcoholic beverages too. The vintage looking bar in the center of the room is a great touch.

We ordered the chicken salad sandwich and tuna salad sandwich and asked for both of them to be on wraps. We chose pasta salad and Korean BBQ beef soup as our sides. It was tough to pass up the homemade potato chips though.

Then, of course we had to take home some desserts: triple chocolate brownie, lemon tort, a fancy sounding bread pudding, and this amazing looking peanut butter and chocolate item. Lastly we grabbed an oven-ready tray of BBQ meatballs. It was a tough call between that and the vegetable lasagna.

“Once and Done ! We made (quite) a trip to experience Le's Pho bc of the glowing reviews it had rec'd on this site. So sorry to say we were sorely disappointed. The place was uninviting even for a cafeteria, incl. flies and a messy toilet with reams of boxes stored in the hallway. At Noon hour there was just one waitress who pretended to barely notice us and hardly spoke English. The menu showed huge mark-ups from prior prices still visible beneath. As appetizer we ordered the butterfly calamary ($12) which we both love, though not these which were full of chunks of empty breading. The Claypot Seafood ($15) was a large bowl of steamed vegetables containing almost no seafood; asides were bamboo shoots and a mountain of steamed rice. The Pho Steak Brisket ($13) was a large vegetable terrine with thinly sliced meat slivers as tasteless as tough strips of leather. The vegetable stew and broth actually tasted fine, but we were missing the seafood and steak brisket advertised on the menu. Though cost was not the issue, we still felt the $60 tab was overpriced for the all around sorry experience.”

“I was with friends this past Friday night, and we ordered takeout from here. I didn't really feel like Mexican food, but I saw the Smash Burger, and decided on that. Not expecting much, as I ordered a burger from a Mexican restaurant. To my surprise, it was pretty darn good, reminded me a lot of the Big Boy Burger I used to get as a kid from Marc's Big Boy. The only difference was a slight amount of spice via sliced jalapeño peppers, which was just fine with me. Thanks for the great dinner!”
