“I’d been eyeing this place since we booked our stay in Cedarburg months ago. We came in from St. Louis and I knew I wanted to have birthday drinks with my husband and kiddo here on Wednesday evening when we were in town! It didn’t disappoint. The wildfire smoke had cleared quite a bit, the sky was sparkling, and it was a gorgeous evening to sit on the patio and enjoy our drinks. I had the spritzer, my husband had the summer Mule, and our son had the kiddie cocktail with cotton candy. The overall vibe of the place is just perfection, from the second you walk inside until you find a spot to hang on the patio. I wish we didn’t live six hours away. We’d be regulars! “This is a wonderful little Homestead farmhouse that has been converted to a small restaurant and bar. My wife, our son and his girlfriend, and our daughter stopped by on a Saturday around 4:30 PM. We waited at the bar for a bit over a half hour. Lovely atmosphere, friendly servers and bartenders, and great food. There are zero reservations, just swing by and wait for a table. I ordered the special steak for the day, my wife ordered the Rosemary Chicken. I tried a bite of hers and the flavors were excellent! My steak was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be back again.”

“Once and Done ! We made (quite) a trip to experience Le's Pho bc of the glowing reviews it had rec'd on this site. So sorry to say we were sorely disappointed. The place was uninviting even for a cafeteria, incl. flies and a messy toilet with reams of boxes stored in the hallway. At Noon hour there was just one waitress who pretended to barely notice us and hardly spoke English. The menu showed huge mark-ups from prior prices still visible beneath. As appetizer we ordered the butterfly calamary ($12) which we both love, though not these which were full of chunks of empty breading. The Claypot Seafood ($15) was a large bowl of steamed vegetables containing almost no seafood; asides were bamboo shoots and a mountain of steamed rice. The Pho Steak Brisket ($13) was a large vegetable terrine with thinly sliced meat slivers as tasteless as tough strips of leather. The vegetable stew and broth actually tasted fine, but we were missing the seafood and steak brisket advertised on the menu. Though cost was not the issue, we still felt the $60 tab was overpriced for the all around sorry experience.”

“We stopped off for a drink when we were visiting from Scotland, UK this February in the snow. The B&B leaflet says “arrive a guest, leave as a friend” and even for us who just stopped for a couple of drinks, that is how we felt. We were greeted with a smile, the atmosphere was brilliant and many of the locals were happy to chat to us. What a wonderful place, thank you for the welcome. Next time we will stay in their B&B, The Stagecoach Inn.”

“Thank you so much for noticing our DoorDash order had food allergens in it the other day! You made some coffee loving nurses very happy! The gluten free item I ordered was unfortunately out and Java house provide two gluten free options in our order instead and provided notes about the allergens. They also saved our dairy-free coffee lover from accidentally getting sick by noticing she had ordered dairy free ingredients in her drink as a frappe without knowing the frappe base had dairy in it. Again, they wrote a note why they made the drink not as a frappe. We will be ordering again! Thank you so much- our bellies appreciated the time and consideration it took to think about our replacements.”

“We went to Wise Guys Thursday at North 48. It was such a fun night with great service and amazing cocktails.

North 48 also has a huge liquor selection and fresh juices for mixed drinks which I thought was a really nice touch.”

“George Webbs is absolutely phenomenal! I went there one day and I was amazed. The waitresses and waiters are so kind. They are in their mid 80’s still working amazing! They told me that they love working, and I can tell they do. Although the building was dirty, but that is a very old building so I don’t blame them. The food was amazing! It’s fresh and delicious. Every time I go there it gets better every time. 100% recommended. (Definitely get there chili)”

“We went tonight for dinner and our service was amazing! From the service to the fast kitchen staff to our friendly waitress! We have eaten hear 1 other time and it’s been top notch both times! Keep up the amazing great job Anvil pub.. can’t wait til next time we are in town! Ny husband and I started with the cedarberg salad that we split and had the pesto pastas and vodka cream pasta with chicken .. both were awesome and so much flavor. We ordered and within 10 min got our food and all the tables were busy ! Great service and wonderful food with great prices! One of a kind romantic atmosphere, great food and friendly service..”

“We love coming to Lime Cantina to relax on the patio with a cocktail and listens to the bands. The patio is open all year and they book some great singers. The food and drinks are superb!! Haven’t had anything I haven’t liked, and typically I’m pretty picky. On our last trip we had the shishito peppers and a smash burger. I typically get the garlic shrimp & Mexican tots. All of it is soo good!! The staff is great too!”

“I've lived in Cedarburg for 7 years and New Fortune is still my favorite restaurant to this day. The crab rangoons are nice and fried, not too much stuffing so it doesn't get soggy and gross. I typically get either the General Tso's chicken or sesame chicken and it's always perfect. The people and atmosphere are also great.”

“The food is amazing! Reasonably priced. However the wait times have been long the few times I’ve gone. One time it was about 15 minutes of sitting at our table before we even were greeted or got waters. Again, great food, just slow. Maybe they’re short staffed”
