Wonderful little bakery in Cedarburg. Fresh pastries made every morning and super flaky croissants. 🥐

Everything from this bakery is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Tried 8 different pastries (and some rolls) - all 5 stars! Great customer service - offered to cut our pastries (when they heard we were sharing) - they even offer butter with ur rolls. A MUST STOP when in Cedarburg. Already planning my next visit 🤤❤️

The best bakery in ozaukee county if not the state. Very buttery pastry’s and wonderfully crispy baguettes. Try the Schneckens! Unbelievable!

All of the breads, rolls and pastries are extraordinary, along with the peanut butter cookies!

Haven't had all of the other cookies and desserts. The ones I've had are good to great but don't stand out like the items mentioned above.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. Ask questions, if you have them!

Note: It's best to put in orders. Items can disappear rapidly because they are so good. I've been trying to get a spinach and feta croissant for weeks (only available on Fridays) and they are always gone before I can get there.

The shop is small, but the pastries and bread are fantastic. I have been going here for years, and drive about 20 minutes to get here when I want good bread or a sweet treat for breakfast. They also have coffee, but I am not a coffee drinker so cannot comment on that.

This the type of place you visit while on vacation and you go home dreaming about their morning buns. Seriously tho, my last meal would be one of their morning buns. Oh my god, I have never had such a good pastry. I will gladly drive to the ends of the earth for this bakery. 11/10 every time, the customer service even when slammed, always matches the taste.

This is one of the best bakeries that I visited in SE WI. The honey wheat bread has a very original and inviting texture and flavor. Their morning bun was equally superb.
