A local business owner down the road from Brandywine recommended this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. I'm so happy he did. The atmosphere was perfect for Cedarburg and just right for a little romantic dinner. When the food arrived and we took the first bite of the braised short ribs....Oh my...So delicious! The meat was absolutely perfect, and the flavor was right on point. Need to have it again soon :) Thank you for helping us celebrate!

Brandywine is my favorite restaurant in a 100 mile radius. If I could go here every night I would. Their pasta, drinks and goat cheese curds are amazing. I have never had a bad drink or entree there. Make reservations or get to the bar right at 5 as they fill up so fast and once you try their food you will know why they are always so busy.

This is a must when in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Amazing food, dessert and wonderful service. I had no leftovers because I couldn't stop eating. Recommend the Fried Gost Cheese curds with Brussel sprouts and mushrooms, Pork Chop with perfectly cooked with savory flavors. Foccacia and roasted garlic and got the coffee ice cream and the goat cheese cheesecake (out of this world).
Can't wait to return when I visit my family again.

Food was great. Loved the Ravioli and the Fried Goat Cheese with brussel sprouts. The corn soup was super yummy. It had seasoned popcorn and blue cheese on the side, which was a surprising awesome addition. Service was fantastic. I will definitely be back

**Make reservations** 8/9/24 we had a 5:45 reservation. We were sat immediately but noticed noticed there were maybe 5 other tables. By 6:10, the place was packed.
Appetizer - Fried goat cheese curds. Just wow! What a ride of flavors. (10/10)
Pasta/ entre #1 - Sweet corn agnolotti. Again amazing ? sweet, smoky, so so rich, and savory. Then you're hit by the velvet smooth cream corn to mellow the bite back out.(10/10)
Pasta/ entre #2 - Taleggio ravioli. After trying this, I would give up a kidney to eat here daily so I could try every dish. I have no words for how amazing this was, too. (11/10)
Dessert #1 - cherry almond sorbet. Sweet and tart with a strong almond finish. Loved it.
Desert #2 - Blueberry cheesecake ice cream. Hands down the best ice cream I've had in the past 10 years (Graham Central Station has my heart). Not overly sweet, the tangy cheesecake pairs amazing with the cream and blueberries ?

Carpaccio was very good. All four of our entrees were good also, but what blew me away was the dessert. House made mini maple donuts. Immaculate! Best donuts I've ever had. Will settle for nothing less from now on!!

Fantastic! The romaine salad was fresh and the herb breadcrumbs gave each bite a delicious crunch, the carpaccio was average but still giving 5 stars because of its uniqueness with diced up veggies in there, just wish had more traditional spin on it with arugula and shaved parm, but the crisps were very good and recommend eating the meat on top of the crisp. Order the fig crostini, made fresh and each bite was flavorful. The bucatini seafood pasta was out of this world and the braised beef was fork tender, would have liked to eat it with a different side rather than two bread puddings, but the pudding was savory and still enjoyable. Service was great!
