Edit:This location is now permanently closed.By far one of the best DQ in this area. Fast and friendly service. The Blizzards are actually thick. They do the upside down test here successfully, unlike the Menomonee Falls location. I watched the MF location turn it over and have it fall right out. The only downside to this location is the old parking lot. It’s styled off a bygone era where you either dined in or left. There’s no parking spaces available after getting drive thru. You either need to drive out and in again or away. Not the fault of the business though. I’m sure this was many things before it became DQ.

Is this location closed? We went at noon on a Tuesday and after waiting in the drive thru, we tried and the doors were locked. It looked like there was a worker there but no one took our order.

I had to go into the restaurant today and I was absolutely disgusted. The bathrooms were FILTHY, door were dirty, floors were disgusting. The grills and everything were down (again). I had to buy a birthday cake, thank God they were pre made. The two servers/cashier's sat on their phones and it was like pulling teeth to get help, and I only needed to pay for the cake. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, also had bugs on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper, garbage on the floor and the garbage was overflowing

Horrible experience. I had asked for a little cup of extra sprinkles and the young lady went to go get me some, as an older lady come up to the window and says with a big attitude “we aren’t supposed to give out sprinkles like that, we are already low on them” (as the young lady already was about to hand them to me I also had my money ready because I don’t expect free) She was just super rude to her co worker right in front of us for no reason.

If I could give a zero stars rating I would this was by far the worst service I've seen absolutely rude employees they put 2 chicken tenders on a sandwich which was supposed to be a spicy chicken and didn't put any of the sauce on the sandwich. Don't understand how ghetto this area is getting but hiring people like this is only going to cost you business and customers I've seen better hospitality at McDonald's

The only bad thing about this place are the bathrooms. The men's room was dirty and disgusting.
We stopped here on a Saturday morning to get a peppermint blizzard the flavor of the month. We sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 3 minutes and there was no response, so we pulled to the window. Inside the restaurant we could see people walking around completely oblivious to the fact that we were here. We called the phone number listed on the window, and the line was busy. Finally after five minutes we left. It seems that no one here cares whether or not they make a sale
