UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I went out of my way to order ahead on the app, and after waiting behind TWO CARS in the drive thru line for nearly TEN MINUTES, my food was STILL NOT READY! After another several minute wait, I finally received my order from a less-than-thrilled employee, who also forgot my STARRY! Hashbrowns tasted awful, and toast was cold. I was not able to go back around to get my forgotten drink, as a long line had already formed! Two stars, will not be returning. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Don’t come here unless you’re ordering via the mobile app. Otherwise they make mistakes. Most don’t know how to ring up their own meal deals, things are overcharged, etc. Mequon location is much better.

They never fill the cups to the top! Even if a drink comes with whip cream there is no reason there is still an inch of space above the whip cream.

Went in for order #9380 Dunkin Donuts in Cedarburg, WI drive-thru only. Had been there about 2 years ago if less and owner (a man) was super nice. Well, not this time!! . Drive up driveway to first window where car was waiting. Young lady asked me for $’s and I said I had already paid. Very very rudely she said I had cut in front of other cars (no one behind me🤷🏻♂️) and was supposed to go to microphone (no sign where it is🤷🏻♂️) and let “them know I had an order to pick up. Then you go to front pick up window on foot.” I said she was being rude and donuts were behind her. She grabbed the two boxes and handed them to me rudely and I said there is no signage guiding me where to drive to that are obvious. She told me to leave and slammed the window. Wow!
I’m reporting her to corporate. Would not give me her name. White gurl, blondeish hair hair, in early 20’s or HS Sr. and 10:15 am 11/20/25. Donuts were for 5 Corner Dealership for their good service. My daughter was with me and works in restaurant in Cedarburg. Was shocked at the rudeness. Will NEVER go back there and will spread the word.

Need donut wrappers or wax paper to keep donuts from sticking together in the bag.
Every single time I order a hot drink it is severely under-filled. Not sure why this keeps happening but it’s unacceptable considering a large latte is almost $6.
UPDATE 4/30/24: I live very close to Dunkin’ and several times each week, between the hours of 1-3 AM is when the unloading of the Dunkin’ truck occurs. We hear very loud slamming sounds every time, as do all of the other houses on/around our quiet residential streets.
This Dunkin doesn’t deserve one star. Every single time we go they get our order wrong and no matter who we interact with they are unfriendly. This time I ordered on their site for a pickup for our son’s birthday breakfast as this is what he asked for. When we went through the drive thru the lady who we spoke to through the speaker says “we have your order all ready” the lady hands us a bag and sends us on our way. Neither one of them tell us that they were out of the 2 strawberry donuts I ordered. They decided to replace those donuts with one chocolate and one vanilla. So instead of telling us “Hey, we’re sorry but we’re out of strawberry donuts, would you like a replacement or a refund?” They just decide for you what you’re going to get and then lie by omission. My husband walked back to the pickup window and they basically told him “it is what it is”. I’ve had it with this Dunkin.

The manager at the Cedarburg location has the WORST customer service. I was missing an order worth $7. And come back through the drive thru and explained the error. The manager pretty much called me a liar because the order was given out to someone which means I have it. After arguing with her and then apologizing for losing my composure she remade my order. Upon leaving she told me not to come back to her store. She would not give me her name only that she was the manager. 10/5/25 around 1:30pm

I have no idea who is hiring people is the last six months but next hire please make sure they have some customer service and want to be at work. This morning I come in order a pumpkin cold brew with cold foam. Leave out of drive through realize there’s no cold foam. Go to the walk up window the lady doesn’t say anything grabs a can of cold foam and tells me open the cover. I have a flat cover cup. So obviously it won’t close after she sprayed the cold foam. I laugh. She goes let me get another lid. Meanwhile the cold foam is all over the cup and sides. I say can I at least get a napkin and she slams the window. Look into bag you guys don’t have wax paper anymore? All the donuts are stuck together . This place is a joke!

Terrible attitude. Slammed door in my face. Rude. Wouldn’t provide name or manager information. Purposely made my drink wrong I’m going to do myself a favor and never visit this location again. Those workers are pathetic with terrible attitudes never again
