We had From Scratch cater our wedding in November, and everything was SO GOOD. Their approach to building a custom menu for every event was really exciting to me, and it was clear at our tasting how much love and attention went into the selection. Our coordinator, Emmie, made even an aggressively Type A bride like me feel at ease on the day, which was especially important for the caterer, considering we had several guests with severe allergies. Our venue coordinator also commented that she had never seen a team set up so quickly and work so well together, so that was another plus.
The food was just as good as it had been in our tasting. We selected the tenderloin baguette, meatballs and pear crostini for our appetizers; breaded chicken, bacon wrapped pork, wild rice and carrots for the entree; and a mac-and-cheese bar for late night. We received so many compliments all night - definitely exceeded basic wedding food, and I'm pretty sure a few guests showed up just for the mac and cheese lol.
One super nitpicky note is that the turnaround window from the final invoice being issued to being due is a little tight. I don't know if there's much of a way around this with final numbers only being solidified a few weeks before the event (and even if there was, I would still give them 5 stars), but it is something to be aware of in case you have to transfer some funds, like I did.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend! The food was memorable in the best possible way, and I know I'll be getting compliments for years to come.

We had From Scratch cater our wedding on 10/11/25. They did charcuterie for our cocktail hour, our main dinner, and they made my husband and I’s cutting cake. Everything was set up so beautifully and was so delicious! Every single person enjoyed the food and so many asked who did our catering! Their garlic smashed potatoes and white wine chicken were some of our favorites. We would recommendation From Scratch to anyone looking for a caterer for any event! They were so easy to work with, had great communication, and made sure my husband and I were able to try everything despite being so busy on our wedding day!

I recently coordinated a wedding where Addie and her team at From Scratch Catering catered the dinner for our client's wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Addie was proactive in her communication and was incredibly helpful during our final meeting together where we reviewed the meal choices, linens, and tableware.
The day of the wedding, Addie's sister Emmie led the on-site team. She was incredibly sweet and helpful to the bride & groom while managing the front of house, and kept her team on track in the kitchen. Emmie went out of her way to be helpful to me personally when I was in need. The ceremony was outside and it had rained minutes before guests were supposed to take their seats. The venue manager had left the premises and we had no access to towels to wipe down the chairs. Emmie grabbed some from the back that she had brought and personally helped me wipe down every chair so we could keep the ceremony on schedule. This is just one example of how the From Scratch team went above and beyond.
P.S. Their food is also fantastic (as that's what they're known for!). Their lasagna (with mini meatballs in it?!?!) was DELICIOUS and the wedding party raved about the entire dinner.

When a friend lost her husband suddenly, I wanted to give her something useful, yet thoughtful. Knowing grieving people are not thinking about food, I decided to look for someplace that would deliver food to her home for a few days at a cost I could afford. My friend had some days of excellent food and was very happy with the staff.
