The last time my husband and I went, our waiter was a young man who wore air pods and seemed inattentive. When I asked for fish sauce, he said it’s not needed because their pho broth is already salty enough. We haven’t bothered returning ever since. Word of advice to the new owners: you can serve the best food in the world but if you have rude staff members, it’ll leave a lasting impression.****
Broth is always consistent and good. A little on the sweeter side for my liking, but they provide fish sauce. Also, the staff is friendly and nice!

Came here with no one to welcome us. First time in cedaburg. My husband and I waited 5 min for someone to come sit us down. There were a few tables that were still uncleaned. Food was really pricy. Waited 20 min for someone to get our order. They got my husband order wrong and charged us extra $3 because he ordered a “large” bowl of pho which he did not. also got my husband ordered a number 10 pho and they gave us number 12. Once we got done went to go pay, there were two customers already waiting in line. No body helped so I had to go back to kitchen and tell the workers that there was a line. Will not be coming back here.

STRIKE 3 — Came on a Wednesday and ordered at 1:35pm. There was a father and daughter already eating on the other side of the dining area. But as you can see on my review pictures, there was LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE waiting for pick up or dining. And 15 min after ONE other customer walked in and she got served right away. 2:09pm and I just got my food. I understand things happen, but I cannot believe it took them 30 minutes to get my food when there was literally NO ONE ELSE WAITING. Even McDonalds doesn’t take this long!! I only ordered a Meatball Pho with 2 egg rolls and a Taro smoothie. Food was good, but I am very disappointed with their service. This is the 3rd time I’ve come, and I’ve tried coming on a different days, to give them a chance, but it’s seems like every time I come my experience gets worse and worse. Last time I was here I wish I would have taken a picture of the broken glass cup they served me water with, and I almost drank it. Not sure the times/days people come here, or if there’s a better time for me to have a good experience, but this was their last chance and they messed up for good. Time to look at other alternatives for lunch. NEVER COMING BACK. ADIOS!

-The $4-5 increase on all dishes was a bit of a shock compared to the past. ($20 large pho) -30 minutes for 2 bowls of pho. (Only 1 other table in the restaurant when order was placed) - almost no white onion or cilantro in the pho. Had a few pieces of red onion (non traditional) -2 dry slices of some cheap beef roast was used, not tenderloin. - meatballs are now much smaller, dryer than the typical Vietnamese meatball - NO FISH SAUCE present at any table... nor any soy sauce.
Not really sure how this could be considered pho or Vietnamese.

me and my 2 sons. ordered chicken pho and 2x rib pho, as well as 2x egg rolls. after 30+ min some teenager brings the chicken pho and some type of pho I didnt order, no 3rd pho? we wait 5min... nothing. so I ask the teenager to please fix the order. he went up front to talk with some other kids. after another 10min I went up and asked about our food... he acted confused and stated he hadn't done anything. WORST SERVICE EVER!! We walked out. I will never go back. screwed our carry out up the week before.

I ordered the Spicy Cajun fried rice with shrimp and it was OUTSTANDING! Prepared perfectly and a lot of shrimp! It was enough for two people. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

This was one of our family’s favorite restaurants for many years, but the new owners seem to have no understanding of what they’re doing. Portions are smaller, and the flavors are watered down. The service was also pretty bad. We were the only dine-in table (during peak dinnertime), but our last entree came out almost 10 minutes after the rest, and our drinks only came out as we finished our meals. There was also a pungent sewage smell when we walked in, and every 10 minutes or so we could smell when someone in the kitchen was taking a smoke break out the back. We won’t be back, but I hope the previous owners are doing well.

We ordered two grilled beef vermicelli with egg rolls, but the egg rolls were sour and clearly not fresh. After eating, we all had diarrhea, which makes us believe they served leftover or spoiled food. The quality has gotten much worse since the new owner took over. Very disappointed and concerned about food safety.

One of my favorite Asian food places in SE WI. I'll make the trip from Milwaukee a couple times a year just to eat here. My favorite dish of there's is their Spicey Lemongrass Chicken. The meat in their meals is a good quality and they are generous with their portions of vegetables.

went in for a take out order and waited 45 mins while watching 5 tables order and get the same food i ordered. when asked, the guy couldn’t give me an update and told another customer he had to wait 45 mins more after already waiting along side me for 20mins when he phoned in 30 mins prior. very poor service and the guy couldn’t even give an excuse. he also told a group that it’ll be an hour for a table when there was almost no new sit ins and they closed an hour and a half later. one of the tables were already leaving when i finally got my food. crab rangoons were soggy and pho didn’t taste the same as it used to. only reason why the food was a 2 star was because the thai tea was good.
