Love this pop-up spot! All the drinks are great, so make sure to try them all.
They have variety of drinks also from from milk teas, dirty sodas, refreshers, and fruit teas, so you can switch it whenever. I personally love all the Galaxy Soda Drinks, they always hit the spot, whenever I need my sugar fix. Also if you like boba teas, this place is great for it. Some places that sells boba tea, will have this powdery taste to it, but at Nova Boba I never had that issue, so it's been my go to for boba tea also.
Since they're fairly new, they are trying out new drinks from time to time, so you might catch a one time drink if your lucky.
The owners are super passionate about their craft and their drinks, so I love the fact that they love feedback about their drinks.
Nova Boba has been my go to spot whenever I see them post online that their open, so definitely give them a try!

Big Fan of Nova Boba! I'll order there whenever I get the chance! My first time trying their drinks was during the Summer 2025 and we stopped by a small night market in Cedarburg. Where I tried the Orange Creamsicle, it was part of their sodas and it instantly became the gate way drink to all of their other drinks. I've tried a lot of their drinks and never had an issue, always been great tasting high quality drinks.
I love the story about how the name became Nova Boba and their mission. So if your interested in ask the owner he would gladly explain why he created the business.
Plus, if you have the chance to try their cake pops try them. They use to sell cake pops last year and they were simply amazing. I would always buy a couple dozen of the cookies and cream cake pops, so I will be waiting for the cake pops to return.
Overall I would highly recommend Nova Boba if you have sweet tooth!

Absolutely love this boba spot! The tea is always fresh and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, and the flavors really come through. The boba pearls are consistently soft and chewy, which makes such a difference. The staff is friendly and quick, even when it’s busy, and the shop itself is clean and welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to places whenever I’m craving boba. Highly recommend! Plus it’s right in Cedarburg which makes it helpful not having to go down to Milwaukee!
Also perfect for kids (8 y/o and 4 y/o) loves the strawberry lemonade and can drink that like no tomorrow.
