Custard review. Been there 3 times in 3 months. Each time none of the desserts were good. On all three occasions I could drink the sundae. Shakes were very watery. At least one of the cups was missing a topping.

I give it five stars despite awarding 4 each for food and atmosphere. Sometimes the mac and cheese is great and sometimes just good, but the frozen custard here rivals any elsewhere in Wisconsin, including Kopp's and Leon's.

I’ve been listening to the hype for years about this place so I finally went and meh. I will say though that I prefer my Mac n cheese to have soft noodles and more creamy cheese. This was cavatapi noodles cooked aldente so they were a little chewy with a thin liquidy cheese sauce that tasted just like Kraft. I enjoyed the flavor but I guess I was just expecting more from the hype. Customer service was great and the malts were good though. Overall my experience was good, I just prefer my Mac a little different than most.

Out & Out is a crowd pleaser. They have mac & cheese, yummy sandwiches, super fresh salads, and ice cream! It’s my go-to for a quick dinner when we don’t want to cook and it is the absolute best for catering any event; big or small. I LOVE Out & Out!

I would just like to thank you so so sooooo much for being a life saver today when my caterer made a mistake. Cooking those 2 pans of mac n cheese for us saved the day! Thanks for helping to feed our hungry golfers… and as usual, your Mac n cheese was a HIT!!!!

I ordered a Mac and shake to go. Received my order, got to work and found the longest hair wrapped in my food. I called and they hung up on me. I drove back to get a refund. The manager apologized and gave me the refund but will not be going back. How did they not see that?!

Ordered Mac and cheese with extra cheese sauce (that was paid for). Didn’t have any extra cheese sauce. Waited an extra 20 mins in person after ordering online and arriving after the scheduled pick up time. They took the Mac and cheese to the back to “fix it” and instead threw it in the microwave and didn’t add anything to it! (I could see them doing this!!) it was so hot it nearly burned my hand carrying it out- by then I needed to get back home and just make my own dinner. I wouldn’t care if I hadn’t paid for the extra cheese and waited so long. Why are you microwaving already heated food? That isn’t entirely safe to do to begin with, if you’re gonna serve microwaved food it needs to be chilled first and you should not be microwaving to hide lack of cheese in the first place.

Great gluten free options on nearly every items on the menu. Had my free Cuban sandwich in many years, nailed it! Lemon Ice Float was also amazing!
