I rode from Milwaukee on my bike and should have keep rolling to the Exploritoriun. The first beer I had was some American pale ale and was so hazy it couldn't pass light. I begrudgingly finished it and figured maybe I chose wrong. Got a different beer and ended up leaving it on the table, something I never do. I'd rather have a Coors light. Pickle was decent though.Finishing it off with a bunch of right wing stickers on the brewing equipment really was the final nail. No need to return. Politics shouldn't be involved in beer at the retail level.

Very cool place, love the quaintness, just a little snow and an open river made our arrival for a perfect winter morning. Bartender was super friendly and informative. Had an IPA flight and loved the cold IPA best.

Awesome environment and great beer! The entrance can be a little hard to find as it’s on the backside of the building. Great place to hangout while the wives go shopping.

Authentic old school microbrew location. Feels like a modern meets turn of the century establishment. Amazing location and building. Atmosphere is always a good vibe. Good hang and great music on the weekends. One of Cedarburg's gems.

Dale the owner and master Brewer is one-of-a-kind. We usually go there on Tuesday nights to join us. Something always seems to be exciting and the beer is always exceptional. And the bartender is the best he should marry your daughter. Just to reach out and thank you Dale for the nice hat and bourbon even though you guys are drinking tequila.
