I love the porch. And this Starbucks still has bathrooms... For now...

Huge shout out to your staff and manager who went above and beyond to get a coffee to my husband, who is a resident at the care home further down the street. He was overwhelmed with gratitude. Life is already hard, and the kindness of strangers really made his (and my) day.Thank you for your compassion.Linda Mankowski

Excellent
I've been to a lot of Starbucks stores. Many of them have their own charm or style. This one has exactly the kind of aesthetic to fit the area it's in. The charming wrap around deck outside, the low ceilings, the plush lounge in the corner and the classic cafe tables by the windows give all the little small town cafe feelings that fit perfectly in cedarburg without being cliche or pretentious. If it wasn't for the classic menu that we all know and love and the sign over the awning, you'd hardly know it was a Starbucks and not a little mom and pop to-go coffee joint. If you're in the area, taking in a cedarburg festival, enjoying the parks, doing some window shopping, you might consider stopping in if you need a pick-me-up.

Not my favorite Starbucks. The location and accessibility is strange. Service was also slow.Asked for a beverage with extra coconut milk and the girl taking my order told me what I really wanted. It was no bueno. Can't wait for the Dunkin Donuts to open.

They have whole bean decaf which is not easy to find. Friendly staff. I wish their frapacinos were not so watery. Competition is better.

I've been going here about a year and keep having issues with batista making my drink correctly. I can not have milk. So I pay for and order dairy free options. This isn't about the money but my health. Typically I can taste the difference but that is difficult with certain drinks or flavors. Yesterday I picked up my order so I couldn't watch them make it. It clearly had milk I didn't taste it and drank it. The label clearly stated almond milk.I am so sick today I can't leave the house. Please train your staff on how important this is for some people! Vomiting cramps and diarrhea are not fun! I've also caught baristas lying when I ask them if they used almond milk so they don't have to remake the drink. I get it mistakes happen I was a barista for 12 years but this store is consistently an issue. I've worked independent stores and starbucks and caribu and starbucks when it's printed clearly on the cup for them there is little excuse to get it wrong. If the cashier enters it wrong then yes not the baristas fault I'm talking the label is clear and it's still wrong. I have lactose intolerance and whey protein allergy. The protein aspect of my allergy means I'm sick for a couple of days not just a few hours. Also this store is so dirty even when its not busy. Its frankly gross. I won't be going here anymore. Maybe the dunkin going in will be better. I'll go downtown to the friendly small shops that get it right.
