I had placed a mobile order, saw not even 5 minutes later that it was the wrong location, almost 40 minutes away. Called to ask to cancel it, the lady on the phone refused, told me the order was ready, and hung up. Called back again, tried to explain that I can’t pick the order up and I need to cancel it, she told she can’t cause it’s ready. I asked for a refund or to talk to a manager, and no manager was present, and wouldn’t give me a refund, and told me I could pick my order up again. I told her I can’t I’m 40 minutes away, I would like to get a refund another day when I can get there, and she hung up again. Called a 3rd time, and she finally wrote down my number to give to a manager when they are present. I’ve worked in fast food for years, and I have never seen this horrible of service.

Throughout the multiple times I’ve been to this store, I’ve experienced some questionable moments but my most recent visit, today, was by far the worst. To start off when I was ordering my sub, the lady was counting the strips of bacon then decided to place them on the white board along the counter. Typically they will grab a sheet or silicone container to put any meat that needs to be cooked. Then proceeds with both hands filled with bacon, opens the microwave door as the bacon is touching the handle, and places it on a sheet inside that clearly shows it’s been previously used. This sheet was basically clear, not white, indicating there is grease that saturated it. The lady proceeds to put the veggies on the sub when the ringer on the microwave goes off. She proceeds to ask if I would like my bacon extra toasty and when answered no, she places the bacon on my sub. Doesn’t attempt to pat it dry like other stores I’ve been too. Overall, being in the customers position to witness an employee who showed multiple times of cross contamination and pure laziness of cleaning up after a previous order, I was very stunned by how they handle the cleanliness of the store. I really hope the manager or store owner looks at their camera footage to witness the situation and address it accordingly. I will gladly take my service somewhere else as I do not think that is the proper procedure to preform in front of customers as they witness how you make their order.

This is by far the BEST subway I have ever been to. I haven’t been to this location in years and am so thankful I have been back. The staff is outstanding, always smiling positive attitudes always and a greet when I come in! The mobile orders are always done incredibly quick and the food is always cold and amazing. The inside is always clean and smells like a brand new restaurant. Congrats to this team for knocking it out of the park, keep up the incredible work!!
