Best sandwich shop, hands down. It is technically a chain or franchise but this was the original shop. Will be going back.

The sandwiches, soup, and atmosphere are all top-notch at this Chocolate Factory! In the heart of downtown Cedarburg, this is a great choice for a quick meal or ice cream! We have never been disappointed eating here! The sandwich of the month seems to be our favorite!

Love the subs. Ice creame experience hasn’t been great. A couple weeks ago vanilla ice cream was full of ice chunks. Today ordered two sundaes. They only had enough fudge for 1/2 sundae which was hard from the bottom of the container and the young lady didn’t know what to do. I suggested giving us caramel as a substitute. Not good for an ice cream store

If I could give the service a 6 star rating, I would !!! The food was so good, would highly highly recommend. My order was taken by Lizzie, she helped me pick out an ice cream flavor and recommended me what her favorite sandwich was. I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a very sweet conversation !! Very very good 10/10!!!

My first time at The Chocolate Factory. The service and food was great. Sandwiches look exactly like they do on their commercial. Very family friendly environment.

It was good. Cheaper than subway and more food in my opinion. The bread tastes like the pizza bread from water street(a really good thing)

I like this place and their food. But the service today was horrible. I had this guy Aidan take my order and he was rude to begin with. Like he didn’t wanna be there. And I asked for no tomato’s or onions and he still had them put on there.

What an outstanding staff, and great food. I definitely recommend this location to anybody who needs a bite to eat. ⛑️🤝✅

Definitely not the place for a salad!
The California Turkey Salad has extremely small amounts of anything in it besides lettuce and even that is not as described. Disappointing!

Solid choice for a more casual meal. Our first time at one of their locations since we are from out of town. Sandwiches were a similar quality to a place like Cousins Subs. We were actually there twice during our weekend stay. Once for food; another for ice cream. Each time seating was limited and there was a short line to order.

We also got one of the sundaes and it was HUGE!

So many things to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Great place to take your family to.

Parking: I always find a spot to park.

Kid-friendliness: Always comfortable to have kids there.
